I have provided aggressive defense for clients charged in federal court with crimes such as alien smuggling, conspiracy to possess drugs for sale, and illegal re-entry. I also represent material witnesses and listed victims.

I represent parents in DCS cases, working hard to get the children returned and the case closed. I also represent extended family members, such as grandparents and siblings to obtain placement of children placed in foster care or group homes.

I have handled a broad variety of cases where I defend the accused, including domestic violence, drug possession and sales, wire tapping, child abuse, assault with a deadly weapon, kidnapping, burglary, shoplifting, animal abuse, dog bites and DUI.

This is a sub-set of criminal defense. Often, my clients are wrongfully accused or the police conduct an inadequate investigation. I listen to each client diligently and work on presenting a thorough defense.
