Annie helped me with child custody issues.

Annie helped me settle my custody case of my daughter. Although the case started off pretty smooth, we hit some bumps along the way that required some unique problem solving. Annie's experience and knowledge allowed her to handle the bumps with ease. Both my ex and I were treated with the utmost respect through out the process. Annie treated us both as friends rather than clients which made this stressful process much more relaxing and bearable. I would recomend Annie's services without a second though.

After growing up in Southern California, Annie Rolfe attended Yale University where she obtained her B.A. in Political Science concentrating in American Government. She attended the James E. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona where she especially enjoyed her education and training in litigation and trials.

Ms. Rolfe lives in Tucson, Arizona, with her husband, Sam, and her daughters. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family at home.

Annie Rolfe

Annie first of all is a very personable person who is easy to work with which, according to your own personality, is important to me since I have had to have her retained for almost 7 years now due the contentious nature of my divorce. Annie is also very easy to work with and contact and is great with her quick replies via phone or email. Annie is very knowledgeable of the Arizona Family Laws and is someone I would highly recommend.

Annie Rolfe - 5 Star endorsement

After a lengthy search of Tucson's Divorce attorneys, It was my very good fortunate to have chosen Annie Rolfe. A contributing factor in my decision included her undergraduate degree from prestigious Yale University, not knowing at the time she had also been rated a Super Lawyer 'Rising Star'. Working with Annie, I soon realized her knowledge of divorce law to be exceptional. Compassionate, yet she has been a bull-dog fighting for my best interest both inside of court an out. I honestly question if there is another Arizona divorce attorney who could out best Annie. I whole heartedly endorse Annie to anyone about to embark on the oft times painful experience that accompanies divorce. Working with Annie, I found her knowledge of all aspects of the law to be exceptional. She has been a bull-dog in court as well as out in seeing my best interests were protected. I honestly don't feel there is a divorce attorney in Arizona who could out best her.

Child custody and Child support

We used Mrs. Rolfe for our complex child custody and child support case from 2008 until present. She made you feel completely confident to ask her whatever questions you had. She gave you genuine and honest answers. We were always prepared for court no matter what opposing counsel had to say. Mrs. Rolfe was very compassionate about the circumstances and supportive to us no matter what problem arose. You could not ask for a better lawyer to have in your corner during an emotionally trying time in your life. We will continue to highly recommend her services to anyone in need.

Excellent Family Law Attorney

I retained Annie, after dealing with another Attorney. Annie proved to be the best Lawyer for a very messy divorce. She has the perfect mixture of aggressiveness and fairness. She developed a strategy to ensure I was treated fairly in the divorce process, and systematically negotiated for every item I wanted for myself and child custody. I have recommended her to personal friends and co-workers when they have had some Family Law needs, and have received positive feedback as well. Annie Rolfe is my hero!

Annie and her staff were there for me at a time when I was feeling like a lost child and ready to give up all hope of ever being happy again. After 24 years of marriage it came to a sudden halt and, needless to say, I was in shock and desperate for someone to hold me by the hand and let me know that everything would be okay. Throughout the whole process Annie did just that and more. She sat me down and carefully explained how the process of divorce works and advised me of all I was entitled to and needed to be protected from. Things that I never would have thought of or even knew about. In the end I came out in very good place with a whole new perspective and ready to start a new chapter in my life at age 57. I am back to being the strong, independent, financially secure woman that I was years ago and I give Annie credit for this. There just aren't enough words to explain how much Annie and her staff helped me get through this tough time. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Decreased my stress

At one of the worst periods of my life, Annie showed compassion. She did an excellent job of clearly explaining my legal options and followed through in an expedient manner. There was never a time in which I felt as though I was not completely aware of the status of my case. Responses to phone calls and emails were quick which decreased my stress level.

Best Family Law Lawyer in Tucson

Annie Rolfe is a phenomenal lawyer in all respects. Whether reviewing our case at the office or during our 2 day trial, Annie has a straight forward, no nonsense demeanor and a knowledge of law that is amazing to see and be a part of. Yet, she talks to you like a person and is great at explaining issues. I could never have found a better lawyer to assist us with our relocation . outstanding family law/custody attorney

Ms. Rolfe is a no nonsense family lawyer. Her honest straight-forward approach gives you a realistic assessment of custody & family law matters. She is very easy to confide in, extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with. Annie is a huge asset to have in mediation. Her colleagues regard her as fair-minded, outspoken and reasonable. Annie Rolfe is professional, knowledgeable, and an exceptional attorney

Annie Rolfe and her staff are knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Annie is truly an expert in family law. She is an exceptional multitasker, well spoken, professional, responsive, and very organized. She has a great memory and is good at thinking on her feet, which are important qualities to have as an attorney. During the OOP trial she represented me in, she was able to object to almost every question asked by the defending attorney, which made that other attorney very frustrated and eventually give up. I highly recommend Annie and will definitely retain her again for all future family law matters.

Child support modification

Annie Rolfe is an exceptional attorney! She knows her stuff! She's thorough, concise, fair and friendly. Her staff are also very friendly and helpful. Annie Rolfe - Family Law

Annie works extremely hard for her clients. She will investigate prior cases in order to prove her arguments. She is a very trustworthy attorney who is fair with her fees as well as with her arguments. In my experience, Annie did not only become my attorney, but my friend who I trust with important decisions related to my divorce and my child.

Disappointed

Rolfe & Associates left me terribly disappointed. I was provided with incorrect information about negotiations from the opposing attorney. Ms. Rolfe charged for services that were not completed or done correctly. Her staff was impolite and her work left much to be desired. I wouldn't recommend her services to anyone.
