Reagen Kulseth is an experienced trial attorney in both criminal and family law. Currently, Reagen limits her practice to family law matters such as divorce, mediation, legal separation, paternity, child custody, and child support.
Reagen received her B.A. in Biochemistry from Smith College in Massachusetts. She then continued on to the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law, where she was a member of the college's prestigious Arizona Law Review. She is admitted to practice in all Arizona state and federal courts.
Reagen was a prosecutor with the Pima County Attorney's Office in Tucson, Arizona for 12 years where she gained extensive litigation and management experience. While serving as a state's attorney, she handled a wide variety of cases, including those involving violent crimes, gangs, vehicular offenses, drug possessions and sales, homicides, and felony domestic violence.
Reagen left public service in 2005 to open her own practice and has focused on family law cases ever since. In addition to her litigation experience, Reagen has considerable experience with dispute resolution and mediation. Typically, mediation allows parties to resolve their disputes in less time, with less stress, less conflict, and at a lower cost than litigation based approaches.
Whether you are looking for an Arizona family law lawyer for child custody, mediation, or divorce, attorney Reagen Kulseth provides her clients with superior representation and support. Contact the Law Office of Reagen Kulseth at.

Outstanding Attorney
I had the opportunity to work with Reagen through my divorce. I had hoped to avoid attorneys, however, when one was needed, Reagen and her staff gave me confidence that I would be represented very fairly. Reagen's professional ethics are demonstrated in her dedication to accuracy and thoroughness. ...

A Real Trial Lawyer
This is the best trial lawyer in the southwest. Comparable to Jerry Spence. If you want to win, this is your attorney. She's not cheap, but she is worth the money. The Jerry Spence of Tucson! Couldn't be happier with her representation and hard work.
Umm, I'm not THAT expensive either. LOL

Tough, dogged, efficient, professional, ethical and fair. Best of THE best.
Reagen is one of the finest family law and trial attorneys I have had the pleasure to work with and against in my 30+ years as a lawyer. She is tough, dogged, efficient, professional, ethical but fair. Were I to need a divorce lawyer, Reagen would be on my exceptionally short list of those lawyers ...

Reagen should be your only choice for the best attorney
I was originally referred to Reagen by a friend however I couldn't afford her at time, plus the fact that she had told me it would take me six months before I would be able to have joint custody of my kids. So I went with a cheaper attorney who did the opposite direction of what Reagen had suggested ...

RUN AWAY
Unprofessional, inconsistent, sent the wrong paperwork to the wrong family. Did nothing but make faces in court against the other party, which the judge corrected her behavior for. I felt like I was babysitting my own counsel! She loses paperwork constantly, is disorganized and rude. Speaks down to h...
June 27, 2015: Every once in a while, an attorney and client do not agree on a course for the presentation of a case and/or the likelihood of success. Sometimes, a client's own behavior impedes progress. Although this client is clearly frustrated, for which I am sorry, the specific complaints listed in the review are untrue. [1] I would never misbehave in court by "making faces" at an opposing party no matter how badly I might want to do so. I have never been "corrected" by a judge for such conduct and, more importantly, I would never risk being sanctioned by a judge because Orange really isn't the New Black. [2] As for communication, I can be contacted by email and telephone. I work hard to return emails/calls the same day, but no later than 24 hours after receipt. I also have three staff members and an answering machine monitoring incoming calls. I disagree that I am unreachable. [3] I am obsessively organized and do not lose paperwork "constantly." Once or twice a year, I will misdirect a document, but I'm human and quietly bang my head against the wall (figuratively) when it happens. I also quickly resolve the error. [4] Child custody matters are highly emotional and challenging cases. I do not speak down to my clients, but it is my responsibility to give clients a frank and honest opinion as to the success of their case based on the present circumstances. [5] I work hard to keep clients informed of progress on their case. They are copied on any emails sent to the opposing party and often on interoffice emails regarding their case. They receive copies of every document I file or that I receive from the opposing party, to include papers filed with the court and disclosure received from the other party (bank statements, taxes, pay statements, CPS records etc). Clients who have worked with other lawyers often comment on how much better my office communicates with clients. It is unfortunate that I could not give this client what (s)he wanted and I hope (s)he found what (s)he was looking for with the new lawyer. - Reagen Kulseth
"I endorse this lawyer. Reagen Kulseth is one of the finest family law attorneys in the Tucson metropolitan area, if not in the entire State of Arizona. She has my whole-hearted support to become a Family Law Judge or Commissioner if she wants it and, believe me, she deserves it! She's that good!"
"Reagen and I had a complicated divorce case together in which I was called in at the last minute. Reagen always treated me and my client with the highest level of professional courtesy. I in part because of that we were able to settle the case fairly."
"I am so pleased to see Reagen Kulseth practicing family law! I first met her when she was heading up a non-profit animal rescue group in Tucson, and I was also heavily involved in animal welfare needs and issues. She is a very professional and principled individual and, while we haven't come in contact as opposing counsel yet since we live and work in different counties (I'm in Maricopa, she's in Pima), I can guarantee she is the type of lawyer who will do everything she can to vigorously advocate for clients and their families. I would recommend her legal services without reservation."
"I endorse Reagen. She and I just resolved a very complicated divorce and I believe both clients were equally satisfied."
"highly endorse Mrs. Kulseth. Truly exceptional and caring attorney who produces great results in representing clients! I want all people with legal problems to contact her first."
"I have read many of Ms. Kulseth's answers and have found them to be consistently accurate and helpful to Avvo Askers. These are important qualities to look for in a lawyer."
"Ms. Kulseth has consistently demonstrated superlative knowledge of family law and would be an asset to anyone who needed a family lawyer."
"I endorse this lawyer. I refer friends and family to Regen Kulseth because I have observed her dedication and knowledge. I strongly recommend Reagen if you desire highly skilled representation."
"Reagen is a fantastic advocate and great mentor to her peers. She is ethical and an upstanding member of the Arizona Bar and the Pima County Bar. I endorse her and highly recommend her skilled services and expertise."
"I endorse this lawyer. Attorney Kulseth is well respected in her city. If someone contacted me about a Family Law matter in Tucson I would not hesitate to refer them to Attorney Kulseth."
"Reagan is a thoughtful advocate who has clearly shown a fine tuned understanding of those issues that face Arizona families. We happily endorse her practice."
"Reagen takes wonderful care of my referrals. My clients are instructed to "report back" on their experience meeting with a professional I've recommended. My clients really appreciate Reagan's advice and candor. I endorse this lawyer."
"Ms. Kulseth's impressive knowledge and thoughtful problem solving ability are assets to her clients. I highly recommend her services."
