I do not recommend this attorney.
I spoke with kina's assistant name Cassidy over a couple weeks ago to. Schedule a " Free Consultation" . Unfortunately the first time I was not able to contact the firm at the schedule time due to unforseen circumstances. Going forward, I reached back out to Cassidy to reschedule and She did reschedu...
We apologize for being unable to connect. Most attorneys bill based on hours worked. While we will continue to offer free consultations to ensure our firm is a good fit for potential clients, it is imperative that potential clients keep their appointments or let us know (before the appointment) that they are no longer available to meet, so we can plan accordingly. Our policy is to charge if someone misses their first appointment then attempts to reschedule. While I cannot talk specifics, if someone misses two appointments, I do believe it is reasonable to charge for the next one. As time is valuable, if I repeatedly make myself available for someone, I am de facto not available for others. I wish you the best in your search for an attorney who has unfettered availability. Thank you.

I Don’t recommend
I don’t recommend her. She made me cry during two different phone calls with her. I thought she was supposed to be representing me. She told me it’s my fault I chose my ex to be the father of my children. She wouldn’t allow me to have opinions…I had to agree to things my ex wanted because she ref...
Thank you for this feedback. As it is anonymous, and I do not recall a case like this, I cannot respond. However, feel free to contact the firm so we can come to a just resolution. Thank you.

Amazing
My ex relocated to the state of Arizona. Shortly after her relocation, my son was removed from her custody by DFS. I had to fly to Arizona from Kansas and hire an attorney (Kina Harding) to remove my son from the states custody and allow him to return with me to Kansas. Kina knew exactly what needed ...

Helpful, smart and a great defender!
Kina, was confident, aggressive and realistic. She stuck by me from the beginning until the end and got me everything I asked for and even more! Thank you Kina for the great experience!

A true lady warrior!
I was disatisfied with my previous lawyer. Good researcher but not aggressive. I felt I was not being defended. Ms Harding has been a "Pit Bull" with intelligence, class and compassion. I now feel confident that I will be treated justly.
"Ms. Harding is a valuable asset to this community. Her continuing dedication to the law and her clients is admirable."
"Kina Harding is a no nonsense, results oriented Family Law advocate. Her character is impeccable and her legal acumen is exceptional. Kina's practice areas and mine do not intersect. As such, I rely upon her when my clients have family law or domestic relations issues that I cannot address. She has served my clients and others I have referred to her in a manner that is professional and commendable. I would recommend Kina's services to anyone searching for honest, affordable, and competent representation. My name is Obie Saddler Jr. and I approve this message."
