Kina Harding

I spoke with kina's assistant name Cassidy over a couple weeks ago to. Schedule a " Free Consultation" . Unfortunately the first time I was not able to contact the firm at the schedule time due to unforseen circumstances. Going forward, I reached back out to Cassidy to reschedule and She did reschedu...le me 04/09/2025. However, I was not able to take my lunch break on time to allow me to call on time, albeit I did call in between the time the actual consultation would originally scheduled. But kina was. Attending to another call. Going forward Cassidy stated during my callback that she would follow up with kina and look into rescheduling the " Free consultation" however, the following day I called back to speak with Cassidy and she informed me regarding a "no show policy" and that in order to reschedule a consultation I would have to pay a $175.00 consultation fee? It should also be noted, I was never once informed about a $175.00 rescheduling fee?that is Certainly not doing business on "Great waters" so to speak. Hence, I do not recommend this attorney whatsoever! I believe it's fair to say this is certainly not a professional way to retain potential clients, furthermore, it demonstrates that this attorney may not have your best interest at heart to obtain 5 star results and the Justice you may be seeking in your case.

I don’t recommend her. She made me cry during two different phone calls with her. I thought she was supposed to be representing me. She told me it’s my fault I chose my ex to be the father of my children. She wouldn’t allow me to have opinions…I had to agree to things my ex wanted because she ref...used to fight for me. We lost my case in court after consulting with 6 attorneys, before I finally chose her, all whom told me I would win in court. Her attorney assistant did a better job than she did. I was very disappointed and didn’t feel that she fought for me at all.

My ex relocated to the state of Arizona. Shortly after her relocation, my son was removed from her custody by DFS. I had to fly to Arizona from Kansas and hire an attorney (Kina Harding) to remove my son from the states custody and allow him to return with me to Kansas. Kina knew exactly what needed ...to happen, and how to go about doing it. She responded to every email and phone call almost immediately, and kept me well informed throughout the process. I was back in Kansas a week after hiring her, thank you Kina!
