Let me start this review off by saying that for most of my life I equated defense lawyers to seedy used car dealers. And, I think that's a misconception a lot of people have until that fateful day that everything goes wrong and you realize your life is in tatters (or is about to be). The realiz...ation that you cannot possibly hope to successfully defend yourself in court is truly a sobering moment. As trepidation begins to permeate your mind with questions such as: What is going to happen to me? What about my kids? Can I afford representation? Put your concerns to rest, as Attorney Jeffrey A. Marks will literally swoop in and make your situation infinitely better. When Jeffrey and I first met, my Ex was looking to clean out the bank account and take my little girl along with her. At the time my initial impression was that Jeffrey seemed like a mere mortal, but I was told he was the best and to have faith. And then, when we stepped into the court room, Attorney Marks transformed from who I had falsely believed to be an unassuming character into a virtual titan right before my eyes. Attorney Marks is a wonderful legal attorney. He will go after your ex and retrieve what is rightfully yours. You would want this attorney to go against and fight for you. I live out of town and he fought for me and we never met. My ex tried to bully his way and not pay me. Attorney Mark's hit him s...o hard in court, that he better think twice before trying This to control and disregard the court orders.

As a parent of a senior in college whose welfare is our utmost concern, having hired Atty. Jeffrey Marks was indeed the best decision we ever made. He was communicative, compassionate, and informative in all the details that needed to be voiced and/or dealt with, with reference to our sons' acciden...t. Knowing our rights is one thing, and is expected; but what we were pleasantly surprised by was the great care and concern demonstrated to our son and us (his parents) by not only the attorney, but his entire staff, who were all on the same page so to speak, and all were familiar with the case so that I didn't have to explain everything with each inquiry to their office. it is my belief they worked tirelessly above and beyond the call of duty to do what they could to see my son got the justice he deserved, with the accountability the opposing party deserved as well.
