Jeffrey Marks has helped me with my will multiple times over the years. For various reasons I have met with him to update my will. He has always been helpful in answering my questions and getting the will complete. I also used Jeffrey Marks for some situations with my children's Father and have ha...d to go to court. Mr. Marks was a rockstar! He called out the ridiculous behavior of my Ex and helped us win in court for the betterment of my children. I still seek his advice when issues arise with my children and their Father and I can always expect sound advise. He even goes out of his way to schedule me in to see him when new situations arise as quickly as possible. I have full confidence in Jeffrey Marks and his abilities. If you need a great attorney give him a call he and his staff are wonderful!

My deceased,parent used Mr Marks for his will so I contacted him to handle the Estate. Worst choice I could have made. This guy is the worst possible attorney available in Tucson, he padded his invoice by thousands, did NOT follow thru with customers requests, borderline illegal activities. Then uses... his power and knowledge of Estate he was hired to settle and gained monetary. I'm not,sure how this man can look in his own eyes and sleep at night with his unethical dishonest service. Please do not hire him. Keep searching, nothing but a headache with his service.

We picked Mr. Marks mostly because of reviews on the internet. My wife and I are retired with a 27 year old daughter. We have never had a will and felt guilty everytime we took a road trip. We couldn't believe how inexpensive Mr. Marks was. We are confident our daughter is covered when the time comes... to use the will.
