Jeffrey Marks has helped me with my will multiple times over the years. For various reasons I have met with him to update my will. Jeffrey was such a tremendous help with my case. Knowing practically nothing about how cases and court works he walked me through everything and explained what to expect. Mine was a very silly and yet confusing case but he took it on and did everything he could to help me get the most successful outc...ome possible. He was the perfect lawyer in court as he remained calm and communicated subtly and clearly what I needed to know about what was going on. He knew exactly when to speak up and when to stay quiet and just let the other side bury themselves. Best of all was that he kept me calm and helped me to communicate my case to the judge in a very clear and strong way. Hired him for my divorce. My wife's attorney ran over him. After several months of trying to meet with him, he quit. Would not answer my phone calls. At one point I went to his office and he avoided me. He is good at billing me for every unanswered phone call. I hired a new attorney and my divorce wa...s over in less than 6 months. I got in a car accident for the first time and didnt know who to go to. I had a very bad back no car and very scared and didnt know what to do.
