Mr. Marks was a great PI lawyer. He has handled several PI cases and helped me to understand my rights. He was fighting for me and made it clear that I was his first priority. He helped to explain the process and put my needs first. He was attentive and responsible. I would definitely recommend. With... any concerns I had he made it clear that he cared and advised me appropriately. Overall, Mr. Marks was professional, caring, and sympathetic to the pain and difficult process that a client may experience during a PI case.

I hired Mr Marks for my father, who is in a nursing facility. Mr Marks communicated with the nursing facility and I every step of the way, through phone calls, emails, faxes, and mailing correspondence. Mr Marks was always available for me to email him on reg matters with my father, and he kep...t me informed on the process and procedures I needed to follow. I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer to represent my father. It was so important for my father and I to have a lawyer we could both communicate with since my father is in Arizona and I live in Missouri. Thank you, Mr Marks, you made my father very happy which makes me happy, and I appreciate all the time you took to communicate with me. That meant the world to me.

Jeffrey Marks has helped me with my will multiple times over the years. For various reasons I have met with him to update my will. He has always been helpful in answering my questions and getting the will complete. I also used Jeffrey Marks for some situations with my children's Father and have ha...d to go to court. Mr. Marks was a rockstar! He called out the ridiculous behavior of my Ex and helped us win in court for the betterment of my children. I still seek his advice when issues arise with my children and their Father and I can always expect sound advise. He even goes out of his way to schedule me in to see him when new situations arise as quickly as possible. I have full confidence in Jeffrey Marks and his abilities. Hired him for my divorce. My wife's attorney ran over him. After several months of trying to meet with him, he quit. Would not answer my phone calls. At one point I went to his office and he avoided me. He is good at billing me for every unanswered phone call. I hired a new attorney and my divorce wa...s over in less than 6 months. A friend of mine also hired him and had the same problems, then he quit. I dont think he is competent.

My deceased,parent used Mr Marks for his will so I contacted him to handle the Estate. Worst choice I could have made. This guy is the worst possible attorney available in Tucson, he padded his invoice by thousands, did NOT follow thru with customers requests, borderline illegal activities. Then uses... his power and knowledge of Estate he was hired to settle and gained monetary. I'm not,sure how this man can look in his own eyes and sleep at night with his unethical dishonest service. Please do not hire him. Keep searching, nothing but a headache with his service.
