Best in his field
We contacted Mr. Barron for help with a difficult long-term health care situation. He patiently worked through a mountain of materials and guided us to a successful resolution of our case. His knowledge and experience in disability law makes him one of the best attorneys in the field. Highly recommended!

Outstanding professionalism & knowledge
I highly recommend the practice of John H. Barron III of Barron and Associates. I was recommended to Mr. Barron’s practice by another attorney who was handling a wrongful death suit. I was having problems with getting cooperation from other family members and needed an attorney to go to the Probate Court for me. John made the process so smooth and painless. I should point out that I live in Montana, while Barron and Associates is located in Phoenix. From the details of setting up the Trust from the wrongful death suit to getting on order transferring the Personal Representative to myself as my mother’s health declined to my mother’s death, John has been beyond professional making everything go as smoothly as possible. He had always been willing to explain legal terms and workings to me in a way that makes perfect sense. He has also helped me keep things in perspective when I am emotional about the situation I am dealing with at the moment. In addition to his stellar professionalism, he has always treated me kindly and with respect. When I am speaking with John, he makes me feel like I am his most important client and gives me all the time I need. I could not give a higher recommendation to anyone else than I would to John Barron.

Elder Law Case
We were represented by both John Barron and his associate Megan Trog, both are stellar attorneys. We had an extremely volatile case, we were being bullied, harassed, and attacked, by an unethical lawyer who was profiting off of our incapacitated elderly father's estate. Our father was being controlled, neglected, and taken advantage of, and because of the actions against us by the other party and their attorney, we were unable to help our father or speak for him in any way. John and Megan were a Godsend. They protected us and protected our father and legally gave us the wins in court that we needed. They are both experienced, professional, personable, responsive, & extremely ethical. The personal care they have for their clients is very apparent.

STELLAR ATTORNEY
In 2015 our family found ourselves involved in a very complex, convoluted case involving the neglect and abuse of our 86 yr old father within the dementia facility he had been placed in,as well as financial abuse by his own estate lawyer. John Barron (and his associates) protected us from constant harassment, attack, accusations and demands for money from our father's lawyer, And he did so with transparency, integrity, politeness and respect for our financial constraints, and for the law. In court he was successful in achieving our goals of getting our father's lawyer removed from representing him, and requiring the executor of our father's trust, to supply a yearly detailed accounting to the children/beneficiaries. Our family has retained his services for any ongoing issues that should arise. We are truly blessed to be represented by such a Stellar officer of the court.

Widow's plight
My husband died after a very short illness in 2012 & left some issues with his estate. I moved to FL from AZ & hired Mr. Barron upon the referral of a prominent attorney here in FL. I was not disappointed!. After an indept discussion with Mr. Barron he immediately contacted the opposing side. He and his team were constantly on top of my case & keep in touch with me as problems developed. He was very professional & but was never condescending toward me as I expressed my worries. Best of all, he fought for what was rightfully mine. I highly recommend Mr. Barron & his team as the best in the business.
