Jeffrey was honest and knowledgeable about our circumstances (car accident). He guided us along the way throughout the process. In depositions, he showed care and understanding of the procedures and my daughter felt safe (depositions can be difficult). Because we settled during COVID, he generously d...iscounted his fees. Sometimes communication wasn't always clear and if we worked together again, we would ask for more specifics regarding our net settlement payment before making a decision on an offer. However, we trusted Jeffrey completely and would again.

Hired him for my divorce. My wife's attorney ran over him. After several months of trying to meet with him, he quit. Would not answer my phone calls. At one point I went to his office and he avoided me. He is good at billing me for every unanswered phone call. I hired a new attorney and my divorce wa...s over in less than 6 months. A friend of mine also hired him and had the same problems, then he quit. I dont think he is competent.

My deceased,parent used Mr Marks for his will so I contacted him to handle the Estate. Worst choice I could have made. This guy is the worst possible attorney available in Tucson, he padded his invoice by thousands, did NOT follow thru with customers requests, borderline illegal activities. Then uses... his power and knowledge of Estate he was hired to settle and gained monetary. I'm not,sure how this man can look in his own eyes and sleep at night with his unethical dishonest service. Please do not hire him. Keep searching, nothing but a headache with his service.

We picked Mr. Marks mostly because of reviews on the internet. My wife and I are retired with a 27 year old daughter. We have never had a will and felt guilty everytime we took a road trip. We couldn't believe how inexpensive Mr. Marks was. We are confident our daughter is covered when the time comes... to use the will.

Jeffrey helped me through a difficult time, my divorce. He was professional, friendly, informative, and affordable. He really put my concerns at ease and I felt confident knowing he was on my case.
