My deceased,parent used Mr Marks for his will so I contacted him to handle the Estate. Worst choice I could have made. This guy is the worst possible attorney available in Tucson, he padded his invoice by thousands, did NOT follow thru with customers requests, borderline illegal activities. Then uses... his power and knowledge of Estate he was hired to settle and gained monetary. I'm not,sure how this man can look in his own eyes and sleep at night with his unethical dishonest service. Please do not hire him. Keep searching, nothing but a headache with his service.

We picked Mr. Marks mostly because of reviews on the internet. My wife and I are retired with a 27 year old daughter. We have never had a will and felt guilty everytime we took a road trip. We couldn't believe how inexpensive Mr. Marks was. We are confident our daughter is covered when the time comes... to use the will.

That is all you want in an attorney. I had found Mr. Marks through the internet, based on reviews and had not particular expectations and was so pleasantly surprised by my experience. Mr. Marks is personable and makes his clients feel that he cares. Him and his office are so professional, they get ba...ck with you and you never have to wait.
