I am a divorced father of four who helps people out of undesirable situations. As a divorcee, I understand the trials that people are going through and don't judge anyone for the situation they are in. Sometimes financial trouble is the problem that needs to be overcome. I've been there, too. Many people are scared of bankruptcy and view it as a failure. They then get into their car and drive to work each day with the creditors hounding them mercilessly. What they don't see is that the manufacturer of their car may have received a HUGE bailout from the federal government because they were insolvent. And the banks that are hounding them probably received a huge bailout from the federal government, too. Bankruptcy isn't a failure, it is merely a financial decision to reset your financial game and get back on track with a lot more breathing room.
I am defined by two things, my role as a father first and, second, my job as your attorney. I raised my four children half while being a successful attorney. My children are the reason for me being here and I strive to make my clients' lives easier so that they can live their lives to the fullest, too. Don't beat yourself down because of your current place in life. If you don't like it, change it. Sometimes the changes are difficult, but the things that are worth it seldom are easy. Honestly, though, I make bankruptcy fun.
