Matt Fendon Law Group came Highly recommended from a well known attorney friend of mine from Chicago, Patricia C. Bobb. They did not disappoint,! They know the Law and did everything to stand up for me in my Workers Comp claim and Social Security Disability cases. Excellent support staff from top to bottom, Deligent, Honest and Overall excellent communication with all Staff. When the Adjuster fought us on specific things like not Authorizing more Physical Therapy for my Workers comp claim they Immediatly submitted a request for a hearing on the matter to the Industrial Commision of Arizona and was approved and resolved in my favor without a hearing. They will stand up for your rights in all and any circumstances and truly are sensitive to your needs and fight for a positive outcome for you. As unfortunate for me having to go thru my claims due to my work related industrial Injury, they kept me on track in a very positive way and I was able to get the Surgeries needed and on my way to being a lot better Phsically with Matt Fendon Law Group fighting for me All the Way. It's been a slow process but they made it seem with their support and expertise like there was always light at the end of the tunnel. Outstanding lawyer

Matt is a first class attorney. The list of things he did on my case is way to long to put in this revi. Matt took care of EVERYTHING for me. If you are reading these reviews looking for a good workers comp attorney you found the BEST one right here. If you are lucky enough to have Matt accept your case your worries are over. Matt and his staff will handle everything from beginning to end. I started out with a different law firm and had nothing but problems. Then I went and met with Matt and from the day he accepted my case he and his staff handled everything and I never had another problem. One thing I want to point out is that Matt always answered my emails and questions right away. Thanks for always being there for me Matt!!

10/5 stars if I could!

Matt and his team met every expectation i had and then some. The insurance company did everything in their power to try and screw me over but Matt didnt let that happen. He made sure I got to any Doctors, consultants,etc necessary to counter the ridiculous claims they were trying to make. Hiring Matt took me from being in a position where I could have potentially ended up with $0.00 and managed to settle my case for a dollar value riiiight around what I expected from the get go. If you are dealing with a work comp case, DO NOT WAIT!!! Insurance companies will try and flip anything you say to their advantage. You definitely want somebody in your corner as soon as possible, to help understand the dos and donts of the process.

Great Lawyer and team

After 3 long years of fighting for Disability benefits, got the call today that it has finally been approved. Fendon Law

My wife injured her back helping a patient of hers at work. It became very clear to us after a short period of time that workers comp did not have her best interest at heart. We decided to try and advocate for ourselves. The best analogy I could think of is it's like David going up against Goliath. We contacted fendon law and receive the call back in less than an hour as I recall. We met with Matt Fendon at is office a day or two later. We had all our paperwork in order and Matt sifted through it all. An hour later we made the best decision we could have made ... we hired Matt I'm his knowledgeable staff to represent my wife. My wife went through three or four hearings with Matt at her side each step of the way. There is no way we could have dealt with this on our own. We are very fortunate to have found Fendon Law and in particular Matt Fendon. My wife received all the medical treatment that had been prescribed to her but workers comp had denied. In addition she received all the back pay that was due to her that workers comp had denied. My suggestion to anyone having to deal with workers comp is to make these folks your first call !

Amazing Attorney!

Matt Fendon represented me on a very emotional workman's comp case involving death benefits. Matt gets it done!

Matt Fendon has been fighting for me from the beginning! My case has been complicated from a work injury that hasn't gone well for me. Not only did Matt get my surgery approved for me, he now has pushed to get a piece of equipment my doctor strongly recommends approved after it was denied! My recovery is a going to be a long & tough one, but because of Matt fighting for me, it will be a better one! I'm glad I followed their beacon light

Matt was able to get me the medical help I needed as well as the temporary monthly compensation I was entitled to. Matt never over promised me anything. He explained the process to give me a sense of understanding as it pertain to my case. Overall Matt and his staff were awesome. The best workers comp atty in AZ

I've been a client of Matt Fendon since February 2012. My injuries were with the same company but different insurance co. A real mess and Matt got my neck surgery and what I deserve from that case. Now my lower back is very bad from years on the job and Matt got the case reopened without going to court because he made sure that we had enough evidence to win so the insurance co said ok reopen. He is very understanding and really cares about this clients. Thanks Matt for all you do. If you need help from on the job injury first call should be Matt at FENDON LAW.

Impressed

I wrote a question on this site for the 1st time. Having never had to deal with a lawyer or Workman's comp. before I needed some help, making sure I was doing things correctly. Matt responded so fast I was shocked, I was also very relieved with the help Matt gave me and all the questions he answered. It is bad enough to be in extreme pain but, this process without knowing how to do it, makes it worse. Matt made my mind feel at ease. He is also awesome on the phone. I felt like he was an old friend.

Great Lawyer for Workmans Compensation

Best decision I have ever made !

I can definitely say that one of the best decisions i have made in my life was hiring Matt Fendon to represent me in my Workmen's Comp case. I had previously thought about dealing with SCF(Copper-point mutual ) on my own however found that they were only interested in bullying me, and trying to do the least they possibly could for my case. Matt and his staff were extremely attentive, kind, and helpful during every stage of my case. I frequently called Matt for questions big and small, and was always answered with a" no problem" helpful attitude. I actually have come to see Matt as a friend not just a lawyer. I would recommend this man and his caring staff to any and everyone looking for a kind, decent human being who cares about you not just your case, and how much money will be made.
