Biography
I am a Board Certified Worker's Compensation Attorney by the Arizona State Bar, and a native Phoenician. I am "AV" rated by Martindale-Hubbell as a "Preeminent Attorney." I am the founding Member of Matt Fendon Law Group, the Rock for Injured and Disabled Workers. I was the managing partner for Fendon Law Firm, PC from 2009-2017. I was a certified paralegal prior to attending law school and have worked in the worker's compensation industry since 2001. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two boys, lifting weights, and playing golf. I also enjoy following the NFL, NCAA and Major League Baseball. The only time I lived outside of Arizona was for law school in Lansing, Michigan.

I do recommend Mr. Fendon in these types of cases, he did Great in my case. What I was suprised by most is how much the insurance company's will lie and try to go to any length to get out of their responsibility. After meeting with someone other then Mr. Fenton at his office, my WC claim was not accepted by Mr. Fenton's firm.
I went to Mr. Fenton's office and meant with someone other then Mr. Fenton. I had all my medical records, MRI's and all other material they had asked me to have for my meeting.
