Best immigration lawyer

Consular process

My husband and I hired Cynthia to help us with his consular process. Since the first consultation I had with her over the phone I knew she was the right attorney for us. She answered all my questions and concerns. She was also very patient and made sure i understood every step of the process. All the communication I had with her was by email or over the phone. She always answered my emails very quickly and if I ever called her office she would take my call. Our process went smoothly and quick. She’s very good and what she does and she really cares for her clients. Her legal assistance is very nice and professional as well. I would definitely recommend her if your are looking for an immigration attorney.

Best immigration lawyer

She is the best immigration lawyer. Very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions, very responsive, helped me in my case and it was approved. I usually do not post reviews but I was like I must do it for her. She is that amazing. I highly recommend her to anyone with immigration issues. She is an excellent attorney!!

I160A waiver

Cynthia is extremely knowledgeable with immigration law! She is very easy to contact, even when your out of the country. She helped us successfully file a hardship waiver, which was approved! The filing process can be difficult but she made it easy with little to no stress. She even made traveling out of the country for our visa appointment a breeze. I loved working with her! I highly recommend her to anyone with immigration issues. She is an excellent attorney!!

Great lawyer

Even from the first appointment cynthia Perez had patience and understood our worries and answer all our question which was alot. She gave us her cell number if we had any concern and questions. Cynthia was amazing. From the beginning of our process to the end. She was very detailed in her work as well as fast. When we had any questions she was always available to answer them. She never gave us the run around. I appreciated that she was the one that took care of our case and didn't just had it off to an assistant or paralegal. She notified us of any updates with our case and made sure that we were aware of everything that was going on with our case. She gave us handouts that reminded us of papers that she needed. I felt like she truly cared about us. From the begging we went and saw about 5 different lawyers but we went with Cynthia because she was the only one that didn't send a paralegal to answer our questions. We cannot say anything bad about Cynthia we have already recommend her to several people and if we do need an immigration lawyer again we would go with her.

To start, we looked at few other immigration lawyers and did not feel they were the right lawyers for us. When we met Cynthia, she made us feel very comfortable and confident about our case. Cynthia helped me become a resident

Cynthia helped me become a resident in a matter of 1 yr and 3 months. I had previously gone with other immigration lawyers, but I found her to be the most trustworthy, therefore I stayed with her. She always returned my phone calls and emails fast. She is extremely knowledgeable in what she does: I had no problems when I went for my visa interview in Juarez. She kept me informed through every step of the way. She is still kept in touch even after the paperwork was over with. She is friendly and respectful. I would recommend her to those who are looking to fix their legal status.

Excellent Service

Trying to find a trustworthy lawyer but also one that will be responsive is hard to find and at times you might find out too late that you perhaps chose the wrong lawyer. Fortunately for me, choosing Cynthia's services for my immigration case has by far been THE best experience both my family and I have had in dealing with lawyers. I was kept informed through out the process and all my questions were always answered within a reasonable amount of time. Knowing you have someone you can really trust in handling your case and always looking out for your best interest, at a fair price, has been comforting and I would highly recommend her to anyone needing an immigration lawyer.

The Best!!!

Dima and Perez are very professional and knowledgeable Immigration attorneys. I highly recommend them. I am very glad we came across them. Great Legal Service

Cynthia was great. She made the process for my DACA easy! she told me exactly what was needed and even though I was in New Mexico she was able to work with me. I have recommended friends and family to her. She provides a sense of trust right away and makes sure you are informed about what is going on. Will definitely go back to her for any more legal help.
