Samuel Randall is an employment, immigration and litigation attorney. He counsels and represents small businesses and public and private sector employees in a broad range of employment and labor law related issues, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, equal pay, employment contracts, employee discipline, restrictive covenants, severance agreements, retirement and disability issues and other employment related matters. Mr. Randall regularly represents clients in state and federal courts, administrative hearings, mediation and arbitration.
Mr. Randall assists a wide range of immigration clients with their business and family based immigration needs including work authorizations, becoming a permanent resident (green card), petition to sponsor family members, becoming a U.S. citizen, asylum applications, provide relief from removal, deportation and detention.
Mr. Randall also has experience in civil litigation, business law, bankruptcy, criminal law, family law, probate, wills and trusts and landlord tenant disputes.
