On a personal level, I consider myself a Flagstaff native, having graduated from Cocnino High shcool and Northern Arizona University.  I received my law degree (Juris Doctorate) from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida.  After graduating law schoool, I worked as an associate attorney for the law firm of Vernis & Bowling for several years before returning to Flagstaff and opening the Law Office of Tevis Reich in 2005.  Since then, my work has focused on serving my client's needs in my areas of practice in a wide variety of matters.

Exactly What I Needed
I live out of state and needed legal counsel to handle an eviction of a tenant. I contacted Tevis based upon the outstanding reviews he received on this site as well as others. During the initial consultation and throughout the entire process, he was very professional and helpful. I especially liked the fact that he had handled numerous similar matters locally over the past 16+ years. He knew what to expect and handled everything accordingly. I called tevis' office to see if he could assist me during my spec home buying process that was headed south. He was so kind to spend 30 minutes on the phone with me reviewing my contract and giving me his guiding advice. Excellent communicator, fair price with good results
Tevis has represented me in the sale of my business, setting up a landlord tenant agreement, procuring compensation and his fees for road work and business access that will affect my business in the future as well as writing my will. They were all done efficiently and professionally but in a friendly atmosphere. Tevis worked well with other attorneys and business people involved and was able to communicate all matters to me in an easy to understand format via email, phone and in office visits. He is a good listener and charged a fair price. I am pleased with his ability to write contracts and rewrite counter contracts. Tevis was able to arrange and represent me at various in town meetings that I could not attend. I highly recommend Tevis and his staff and will most definitely use his services in the future.

I have used Tevis on a few occasions. Most recently he handled an issue we were having with a General Contractor. He read all the contracts/documents we provided and the issue was cleared up with one demand letter. Prior to this, he has handled collections/contract disputes for me as well as helped negotiate a tricky real estate transaction. All dealings with Tevis have been professional and all of his work has been done in a timely fashion.

I got a valuable legal advance but ..
I got a valuable legal advice to ask the Court to make the Judgment for me more "amount-specific" but this Attorney would not work on contingency basis to collect Judgment for me (my court costs and garnished wages) from another state. Anyway, this Attorney spent his time to review most important paperwork of my cases: 1) original judgment against me; 2) appeal decision reversing that judgment; 3) a new judgment for me vacating the old one and entitling me to get back my court costs and garnished wages fro non-AZ corporation.
