Brain has been helping me with my case for the last for years, I feel bad because from the beginning he said he will only take me on as a client if there is an issue and I haven't had an issue, whenever I wasn't sure what to do I called him and he told me what to do. So like I said i feel bad because he has been helping me but hasn't been paid for helping me for the last four years.
But if there is an issue or if I know someone that needs a lawyer I always refer them to Brian.
Really I thank you Brian for all the help you have no idea....

It is still early in the process and there has not been much to do as we wait for a response. Before I met Brian I had no idea who to turn to all I knew is I needed help badly. I contacted Brian through Avvo and he responded immediately. He reviewed my situation for a few days and contacted me and took my case. Brian has been very nice and informative. I feel relieved and fortunate to have Brian as my attorney. His high reviews are well deserved.

I would recommend Brian for handling any workmen's compensation claim. He is very knowledgeable about the complex set of workmen's compensation laws in our state of Az. He answers every question you have, and you know he really cares for you as a person. He always returns your phone calls as soon as possible and tells you the truth about each issue. I am very happy that Brian is my attorney and how he is handling my case.

I had interviewed with several attorneys before deciding Brian was the best, in my initial interview, he was not only knowledgeable of cases similar to mine - he was retrieving information as well as creating a log of my case on his PC - as we discussed all the options that I would have to cover.
Trying to find the right attorney is difficult at best when you have no contacts to help, I feel I was very fortunate in finding Mr. Weekley and his services.
I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs his service.

From the consultation upto this day Mr. Weekly has been a great help. He explains each process to the fullest so that you understand each step. He is very trustworthy and responsive to our needs. He is very knowledgeable about the Workman Compensation process and kept us very informed at each step. Every question I asked he had an answer for and I was always satisfied with his responses. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a Workman's Compensation Lawyer .... he will get the job done and represent you to best of his abilities. Very pleased beyond words !!!

I asked this question for my husband and he went to meet with Brian. He came home and said that Brian was honest, friendly, sincere, very knowledgeable and was more than helpful addressing my husbands questions/concerns. It is amazing that Brian spoke with my husband for NO COST at all. Yup, you heard it right, NO COST. It is so wonderful that there are people out there who truly care and who are willing to offer their professional advice at not cost. Thank you Brian for all of the service you provide to everyone out there.

I incurred a serious on the job injury in January, 2000. I tried to wade through the AZ Workers Comp laws myself, but due to the complexity of the system, I soon realized I'd need the help of an attorney. After almost a year, I signed with an associate of a well known firm based in Phoenix. I live in the far west of the state.
After working with that attorney for a little over a year, I realized I did not trust him. The system was not being explained to me. His answers were vague. There were too many requests for dollars going out, with not much coming in. I terminated my association with that attorney, and signed with Brian Weekley in November of 2002.
With Brian, I got what I wanted and needed, an honest lawyer.
Right away, Brian explained how the convoluted system works, and told me, step by step, what would happen next. He answered my questions. He talked until I was satisfied, not until he was tired of talking. Brian always returns my phone calls and emails. He has never asked for extra money. Not in the 11 years of our association have I ever felt rushed, or intimidated, or lied to. That's because he has never done those things to me. Both me and my wife are very happy with his representation.
Most of my case is handled through the mail, though we have been to court a few times. A great deal of my day to day issues are handled by his awesome legal assistant. I know, without a doubt, that if his assistant tells me something, then that's exactly what Brian would have told me. Between them, I don't worry about the legal side of my case. I just try to feel better.
My injury will be with me for the rest of my life. With Brian's knowledge, and the thorough work of his assistant, all of my medical needs are still being taken care of, despite efforts by the insurance company to terminate that care.
I am not trying to blow air up anyone's skirt. I am being honest here. The fact is, Brian has taken care of my Workers Comp case with all the dedication I would have, if I was an attorney handling my own case. I trust him completely. I consider him, and his assistant, friends of mine.
In the past, I have been lied to, and thrown under the bus by other lawyers. Brian is not only a great Workers Comp lawyer, he is a really good man. I am totally comfortable with his services.
This is exactly what an attorney-client relationship should be. Trust and honor. After 11 years, I am still with Brian. I wouldn't have any other attorney handle my case. Since I've known him, he has changed firms, but he is still my attorney.
As long as I have a Workers Comp case in AZ, Brian Weekley will be my attorney. He's a good man and a good attorney. We have watched each other's kids grow up. Brian will always be my lawyer, and my friend.
With all sincerity, my name is Dan

After my workers comp case was closed, I knew I needed help with the appeal process. I contacted Brian about my case, He made me feel like everything would be ok. I was always treated like a real person and not just a number in a file. He was right there for me through the whole process, appeals, Dr. appointment, questions...I could never have made it through all the ups and downs without Brian. He was able to get my case reopened and collect all my back benefits from the insurance carrier. I am now getting ready for my surgery, that would never have been possible with out the help of Brian Weekley. I am so grateful for him and all he has done for me and continues to do. He not only became my attorney, he became a friend. I know that when I need him he will be there for me.

I was recommended to Brian by my physical therapist after workmans comp became increasingly more and more difficult to deal with. The day after I hired Brian I had no more issues getting my appointments and he has been there to answer every question I have ever had. I would highly recommend him.
