I don't think there's enough admiration or respect I could put into words to express just how thankful I am for Mr. Weekly.... Being injured on the job is never easy, but when the workers comp insurance company decides that your mental and physical health hold no importance, and you are left mentally... and physically broken, but told you can return to work, well that would leave anyone shaken... 18.5 years as a Correctional Officer, just to be left broken because of my career.... Mr. Weekly has gotten me the medical care I should have been afforded in the begin. Mr. Weekly is a very educated lawyer, and ranked highly amongst his peers. He shows empathy and compassion for his clients, but keeps it realistic. He is a hard working, dedicated, capable lawyer. I incurred a serious on the job injury in January, 2000. I tried to wade through the AZ Workers Comp laws myself, but due to the complexity of the system, I soon realized I'd need the help of an attorney. After almost a year, I signed with an associate of a well known firm based in Phoenix. I live in... the far west of the state.
