I have been practicing Workers' Comp law since first becoming an attorney in 1988. My first position was as an Attorney at the Industrial Commission of Arizona.
I did defense work for a short time and have been representing claimants since 1990.
I helped build the biggest claimant's firm in Arizona, leaving in April of 2013 to merge my practice as a Partner at Snow, Carpio & Weekley.
I have devoted my career to helping injured workers and their families put their lives back together after life altering injuries. I do not represent fakers, malingerers or people trying to " game" the system. I do represent individuals who are being taken advantage of by insurance companies and third party administrators.
I am a strong advocate for my clients and very competently handle cases from outset through complex hearings and appeals. I am very fortunate to have a passion for my law practice and the thousands of injured workers I have represented.

Brian doesn't talk with his clients and they lie. Run from this place. He set hears with out talking to me and I didn't find out from them I found out the the ICA. He got mad when I asked him to keep me informed about my case and that he was not doing that. Then got mad and didn't send me all of my...
This person was a client for a few weeks in which time I spoke to and emailed him numerous times. I kept him fully informed about the status of his case. He was unhappy with his hearing date ( over which I have no control) , and did not want to do a deposition ( which is required) . I opted to withdraw as counsel, which is rare for me but necessary with clients who have unrealistic expectations and who act out of anger. He threatened a bar complaint. In terms of " lying" to this person, this is false and libelous. I have hundreds of satisfied clients that will attest to my communication skills and integrity over the past 35 years.
"Currently I am working Brian on a case involving a fatality. He is highly knowledgeable, efficient and very tech savvy. In addition, he has great compassion for his client’s situation. I endorse this lawyer."
"Not only is Brian incredibly experienced but he really cares about his clients. His experience, preparation, business acumen, and compassion will continue to bring incredible success to his practice."
"I wholeheartedly endorse this lawyer. A brilliant, trustworthy and highly respected attorney in the legal community."
"Brian and the attorneys at Snow, Carpio & Weekley are experienced, hard-working attorneys. They truly care about their clients and the community, and not just the bottom-line. I would highly recommend them for workers’ compensation or social security disability matters."
"Brian is a fantastic attorney in the workers' compensation field. He has many years of experience and is recognized as a certified specialist by the State Bar of Arizona. More over, he has a great reputation in the legal and medical communities and garners many client referals from both. The fact that other attorneys and doctors have the utmost confidence to refer their respective clients/patients to him speaks volumes about his abilities."
"Brian knows worker's compensation, inside and out. Brian knows how to get the best result for his clients. He truly has a special place in his heart for his clients, and it is clear that he loves helping them by acting as their attorney. He is also very easy to work with. I would recommend Brian to anyone I know."
"Mr. Weekley is very passionate about his work and fighting for his clients. He is a true asset to the Arizona legal community!"
"They don't make them like Brian anymore. Brian is one of the most talented workers' compensation attorneys I've come across in over 15 years of practice. He's unfailingly honest and creative when it comes to helping his clients get the best results possible. It's simple: If you have a workers' compensation problem, hire this attorney."
"Mr. Weekley recently became an owner/partner at our firm. I highly recommend him as an attorney. He is detail oriented and cares about his clients."
