I incurred a serious on the job injury in January, 2000. I tried to wade through the AZ Workers Comp laws myself, but due to the complexity of the system, I soon realized I'd need the help of an attorney. After almost a year, I signed with an associate of a well known firm based in Phoenix. I live in... the far west of the state. After working with that attorney for a little over a year, I realized I did not trust him. The system was not being explained to me. His answers were vague. There were too many requests for dollars going out, with not much coming in. I terminated my association with that attorney, and signed with Brian Weekley in November of 2002.
