Brian Weekly has been a God send for my husband. He is professional and outstanding at his job. We appreciate very much!!!!!!

From the consultation upto this day Mr. Weekly has been a great help. He explains each process to the fullest so that you understand each step. He is very trustworthy and responsive to our needs. He is very knowledgeable about the Workman Compensation process and kept us very informed at each step.... Every question I asked he had an answer for and I was always satisfied with his responses. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a Workman's Compensation Lawyer .... he will get the job done and represent you to best of his abilities. Very pleased beyond words !!!

My Best Experience With Any Attorney, Ever!

I incurred a serious on the job injury in January, 2000. I tried to wade through the AZ Workers Comp laws myself, but due to the complexity of the system, I soon realized I'd need the help of an attorney. After almost a year, I signed with an associate of a well known firm based in Phoenix. I live in... the far west of the state. After working with that attorney for a little over a year, I realized I did not trust him. The system was not being explained to me. His answers were vague. There were too many requests for dollars going out, with not much coming in. I terminated my association with that attorney, and signed with Brian Weekley in November of 2002. With Brian, I got what I wanted and needed, an honest lawyer. Right away, Brian explained how the convoluted system works, and told me, step by step, what would happen next. He answered my questions. He talked until I was satisfied, not until he was tired of talking. Brian always returns my phone calls and emails. He has never asked for extra money. Not in the 11 years of our association have I ever felt rushed, or intimidated, or lied to. That's because he has never done those things to me. Both me and my wife are very happy with his representation. Most of my case is handled through the mail, though we have been to court a few times. A great deal of my day to day issues are handled by his awesome legal assistant. I know, without a doubt, that if his assistant tells me something, then that's exactly what Brian would have told me. Between them, I don't worry about the legal side of my case. I just try to feel better. My injury will be with me for the rest of my life. With Brian's knowledge, and the thorough work of his assistant, all of my medical needs are still being taken care of, despite efforts by the insurance company to terminate that care. I am not trying to blow air up anyone's skirt. I am being honest here. The fact is, Brian has taken care of my Workers Comp case with all the dedication I would have, if I was an attorney handling my own case. I trust him completely. I consider him, and his assistant, friends of mine. In the past, I have been lied to, and thrown under the bus by other lawyers. Brian is not only a great Workers Comp lawyer, he is a really good man. I am totally comfortable with his services. This is exactly what an attorney-client relationship should be. Trust and honor. After 11 years, I am still with Brian. I wouldn't have any other attorney handle my case. Since I've known him, he has changed firms, but he is still my attorney. As long as I have a Workers Comp case in AZ, Brian Weekley will be my attorney. He's a good man and a good attorney. We have watched each other's kids grow up. Brian will always be my lawyer, and my friend. With all sincerity, my name is Dan

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
