Horrible customer service.
I called this office for information and guidance. Receptionist was very rude and not understanding. I was put on hold for a long time, then when I was finally helped by someone else regarding my sons case she was very rude as well. Never again. Best Advice in the Valley!
We spent over 2 1/2 hours getting information, asking questions, and finally understanding what we can do, after 8 months of runaround and misinformation from the DR. and the whole workers comp system. Robert has your best interest at heart and you can feel it in the first few minutes of the visit....
