Great workman’s comp attorney

Robert and staff have done a great job for me I was involved in a commercial truck wreck in 2016 and Bob has got me with full disability rating. Great law firm

Quit now in Appeals court with out.

2 stars, one for the use of your name and one for 42yrs served representing working people in the court system just not in my case that was handled by a new associate named Javier Grajeda. I really don't feel he tried very hard and communication was not his strong suit. The quickest thing he did was ...quit on me before the judge could even put a stamp on the request for review he had his letter of resignation all ready in the mail. Now I am having problems with getting the judge to look at all my proof saying it is to late, or exact words were on time but untimely. That was all him not submitting what I was sending him. But in the brief I had to write I did say it was his opinion that the Fed wc program and the Fed ssdI program have two different set of standard's. When it comes to a permanent disability. I just don't see how it can be so far apart in this decision.

Horrible customer service.

I called this office for information and guidance. Receptionist was very rude and not understanding. I was put on hold for a long time, then when I was finally helped by someone else regarding my sons case she was very rude as well. Never again. Your staff needs to be taught professional customer ser...vice. I definitely did not feel like I was calling a law firm.

Best Advice in the Valley!

We spent over 2 1/2 hours getting information, asking questions, and finally understanding what we can do, after 8 months of runaround and misinformation from the DR. and the whole workers comp system. Robert has your best interest at heart and you can feel it in the first few minutes of the visit.... We recommend Robert 100%.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
