I felt like I had a team behind me.

Trying to work my case on my own with the insurance was fruitless. From the moment I called Doug Zanes I felt like my chances of getting a fair resolution were greatly improved. They explained the process to me and even helped me understand what the insurance company was thinking. My attorney and cas...e manager were always on top of things, and no matter who called me I felt like they knew what was going on. His firm knows the insurance companies and how they behave and what they had to do to get me a fair result. If I ever need an attorney again, I'll call Doug.

Thankful client!

I hired the firm to represent me on my accident which occurred last year. They were fantastic and took care of everything from my car to helping me find good doctors. When I felt better they got me a great settlement, and Doug Zanes even reduced his fee so that I got a little more money! I would h...ire Doug and his team again in a second.

Never again!!!!!!!!!!!!

After I signed a contract with them they,they had my case for over a year,then once they received the check from my auto insurance they then dropped my case.Wish I had never signed a contract with them,what a waste of time.

Professional,friendly ,caring and kind,THE BEST!!!!!!

Zanes Law has been a Godsend to us. Doug and his team of professionals have taken care of my family through multiple legal battles with excellent results. He and the staff made us feel like family by tending to our legal needs after the accidents as well as making sure we received excellent medical ...care and support. Doug takes time to keep you abreast with how things are going and has taken it upon himself personally to make sure the emotional and psychological stress of filling out legal forms and paperwork is not an issue.I refer to this office anytime anyone I know needs an excellent lawyer.This is not your typical stereotype of a lawyer. Doug Zanes and his "family" are the BEST!! My daughter received the best medical care due to the physician referral he gave. We would never have inquired about such a specialist, be Doug made sure she was taken care of both medically and financially.Her future is brighter and we are so grateful.No other lawyer I know would go to these lengths.After the second accident I did not want to deal with any of the "mess" of paperwork or the stress of legal insurance calls. Nothing but good things to say!

I have nothing but great things to say about Mr. Zanes, he handled my personal injury case very professionally and always kept me informed about what was going on. The staff is well informed and courteous. I would recommend Mr. Zanes to any of my friends or family!!
