Timothy D Ducar has to be the worst attorney I ever hired to defend me in a business related suit and counter-suit. He was combative with me, not listening to anything I or other people suggested, lost a preliminary injunction hearing when he should have had the complaint dismissed on day one, and s...hould have had erroneous people listed on the suit dismissed. He never filed a response to my suit, no discovery, no depositions, NOTHING! When I needed him most he bailed on me illegally. I had to represent myself and got more accomplished then he ever could. Beware!
