I was pulled over late one night in WVC. The officer involved was set on arresting me for DUI. He asked me to preform the FST's in which after the officer placed me under arrest and later at the sub-station, I agreed to blow in the breathalyzer(intoxilizer). I was subsequently charged with DUI. P...erhaps one of the worst experiences I have been through. Over the next couple days following, it kept sinking in more & more of how much trouble I was actually in. A class "B" misdemeanor is a serious charge, involving a DUI.. serious consequences. I am a contractor, have a family and these punishments would greatly affect my personal life and business livelihood. Despite the onset of mail I started receiving from criminal defense attorneys, I decided I needed to look for someone I felt was going to be the best I could get. My wife and I started researching with friends, other people who had been through a DUI and the internet. I feel extremely thankful I found Glen Neeley. It may prevent you from ending up in some of the situations I have. The justice system, including law enforcement, is setup to be very intimidating and at no point meant to be handled by an uninformed or misguided person. This second time around, during my entire ordeal there was a wonderful sense of dependability and trust -I believed in him and I think he truly believed in me. Anytime I had questions or concerns he was available. I was always briefed on what to expect at every stage of the process, and he represented me with the utmost respectability. Along with his stellar reputation and ongoing hard work, Glen deserved this win, and I *highly* recommend him to represent anyone who finds themselves facing the uphill battle of DUI allegations. MR. NEELEY WAS BY FAR AND AWAY THE BEST ATTORNEY I HAVE USED. I HAVE USED SEVERAL ATTORNEYS IN MY 69 YEARS AND HE IS THE TOP OF THE CLASS. READ HIS BOOK "Utah DUI Survival Guide" ..He acted better than the book it self. He treated myself (the charged person and my wife in an excellent manner, ...
