My situation was unusual as it involved a golf cart that I wasn't actually driving when I found my self being arrested for 'operating under the influence'. It was shocking, unnecessary and upended my life for several months. Because I don't live in MI and was just visiting New Buffalo with friends, ...I did not know where to find an attorney or who to trust and at the time, and was unaware of the Barone Defense Firm.
