Even if that meant to bring it before a jury. Even when the odds were not in my favor he was able to get all of the charges dropped. All I can do is express my sincere gratitude for his help. His expert knowledge and skill helped in saving my job, preventing me from getting kicked out of my school program, and keeping all my licensing and certificates. Hiring Glen Neeley as my lawyer for a DUI I received was the best decision I could've made. My case was questionable to start with and I really hesitated getting a lawyer. However after consulting with Glen (about one hour after I called him), I decided it was the best way to go. Just the basic fact ...that Mr. Neeley was my lawyer told the prosecution I meant business and I was going to do whatever it took to get justice. There is no way I could've done that on my own. He knows his stuff, therefore he is able to represent with knowledge and most importantly confidence. The piece of my case that I like the best was that I knew I could put everything out of my mind until I heard from him. I loved letting him do the worrying for me! Glen Neeley is the best you can get. I interviewed several less expensive lawyers to defend my DUI case as I was certain I was in a lot of trouble, but ultimately decided on Glen. I had had a DUI charge 9 years previously and Utah does not look fondly upon 2nd defenses. Glenn never once made me fee...l less of a person due to my charge. He kept me well informed of potential outcomes and next steps. The minute I heard him question the officer during my driver's license hearing,I knew I made the absolute right choice. 7 days later I received a letter stating my license was not going to be suspended! During my pretrial it was clear the prosecutor was not going to offer any deals and Glen immediately filed a motion to suppress several key pieces of evidence. When we went in for the suppression hearing a few months later, the prosecutor offered me a deal I still have a hard time believing. Reckless driving with no alcohol attached! His knowledge of the system, the correct police procedures that should be followed, and his ability to review all points of my case are absolutely what determined these results. He is kind, thorough, honest, and diligent. You will definitely not be disappointed in his work.

Glen is extremely ethical and fair. He is trustworthy and honest. I had a nightmare experience with an attorney in a divorce case and then had a few really shabby ones after her. My faith in attorneys was pretty low but Glen seriously helped show me that there are good honest attorneys out there. ...I was able to surrender my trust to him and let him do his job. He is very intelligent and knows his practice. He is even an amazing counselor if you become riddled with fear (much like that lady on the movie Airplane? where everyone stands in line to slap her?...well Glen was much kinder to me and extremely grounded and comforted my fears with rational advice). But that was not the case with my incident. Glen looked at my case from many angles and did a great job and earned every dollar. At my sentencing date, the prosecuting attorney mentioned some details of my case that I had not known or heard about through Glen. I did wish I would have heard those things, but I also realized that they did not matter in the big picture. Glen was compassionate and empathetic to my stress and he is well respected in the court system and I know that helped. I knew I was being represented fairly and by a respectable attorney in not only my eyes, but in the eyes of the court officials.
