Great Attorney, The Best !!

I had an old case from another state for dui, 20 years ago to be exact , that had came back to haunt me where the State of Texas was not renewing my CDL which i need for my career due to the info from another state. After much research i decided on Doug Murphy's law firm and have been very happy with my results from him and his staff.While he got me cleared with the Texas DPS on the old information they had on me , he also gave me a contact info on a friend of his in the other state so i could get the old info from 20 something years ago took care of, thus saving my CDL and career. Hands down the best !!!

Best lawyer ever!

Phenomenal!

Just 2 weeks before my 27th birthday I was a passenger involved in a horrific motor vehicular accident. Unfortunately enough I was arrested for FSRA involving bodily injury & DWI. After doing some online research I was able to discover the Doug Murphy Law firm & knew right then that’s who I wanted to represent me in both of my cases. With their great knowledge & expertise in cases like mine they were able to identify me as a passenger & got both of my cases dismissed in just a matter of months; considering one was a felony & the other a misdemeanor that is. When in need

I contact Doug after me and my husband did something stupid, he was very professional, honest with what he thought my out come might be. Doug always returns your calls and emails... I pray we never need him again but if we do this will ne our attorney.

The Guy to Hire

I hired Doug Murphy when my son had a DUI charge. It was a great move to get him because he is a pro -- handled our case with care, empathy, and total professionalism. What could have become a real problem was resolved to our satisfaction because of Doug. I would use him again, without question.

Very Professional and knows what he is doing

I hired Doug Murphy to represent me after I was arrested for DWI and failed a breath test. A friend referred me to Mr. Murphy and told me that prosecutors and police officers feared Doug Murphy more than any other lawyer in the courtroom. After meeting with other lawyers I then met with Mr. Murphy. Other lawyers bragged on themselves and made promises, but Mr. Murphy was humble and straightforward in his approach. Mr. Murphy only promised me that he would work as hard as he could to obtain the best possible outcome. After reviewing the evidence in my case, I did not think my case could be won and I wanted to plead guilty and so I could just get it behind me. Mr. Murphy told me he would not let me plead guilty. Mr. Murphy took my case to a jury trial. Once the trial started, Mr. Murphy took command over the courtroom with his calm and confident demeanor. Mr. Murphy is an absolute professional and quick-witted on his feet. After a 3 day jury trial, the jury found me “not guilty”. If it wasn’t for Mr. Murphy’s outstanding representation, things would not have ended in a favorable manner for me. I highly recommend Mr. Murphy and his team to anyone dealing with any legal issues— you will be in the best possible hands. It was obvious that Mr. Murphy and his team truly cared about me and the outcome. They worked incredibly hard for me and won!

I credit Doug Murphy Law Firm with saving my professional career

I credit Doug Murphy Law Firm with saving my professional career when Doug represented me through the complete dismissal of my DWI. I was arrested on Interstate 45 south of Dallas and north of Houston after I was stopped by a DPS Trooper. This was the most awful thing I have ever experienced in my 40+ years. I needed the best lawyer not just to defend my criminal DWI charge, but I also needed a lawyer with experience representing nurses and doctors before the Texas Board of Nursing and Texas Medical Board. Thanks to Doug Murphy and his professional staff, this was not a career ending experience for me. My advice is do not wait. I was so embarrassed after my arrest and I waited too long before my first contact in hiring a lawyer that my delay caused an automatic suspension of my driver’s license because I missed a deadline. If I had reached out to Doug Murphy sooner, he could have prevented the suspension of my driver’s license. The sooner you call, the sooner Doug Murphy and his staff can get to work for you. Doug did not judge me and was completely understanding in what I had put myself through. Doug is not just a great lawyer, he is a caring person too. Thank you so much Doug!

Excellent and Professional

I was referred to Mr. Murphy through a friend who had multiple DWIs. I met with other lawyers who were less expensive, but none of the other lawyers gave me the level of comfort that Mr. Murphy’s experience and expertise provided me to trust with my future and career. I had a prior DUI in a different state more than 20 years ago, which should have been dropped from my record. The most recent DWI was in Montgomery County, I was essentially pulled over for a tail light out, but “failed” all the field sobriety checks. I had my 8 year old daughter in the car with me, so I was charged with a felony DWI. Mr. Murphy was able to get the charges dropped in five months. The process does not take over night and you must have patience and hire the best attorney. I highly recommend Mr. Murphy because not only is he a great and hard working attorney, but he also has a wonderful Staff/Team working with him that updated and helped me through this nightmare. Mr. Murphy and his Staff/Team truly cared about me and my family.

Amazing Representation and knowledge of the law

A true miracle worker

Doug Murphy isn’t just a lawyer that cares about your case he’s a lawyer that cares about you as a person. when I received my 2nd dui I thought my life was over but from the first day I reached out to Doug I felt confident he had my best interests in mind. My case was a tough one but Doug held his composure and my case was dropped when Doug had all the evidence suppressed! He not only works on your case but helps you work on yourself. I attended AA meetings and attended a treatment facility not because he thought it would be good for the case but because it was something I needed to do for myself. Doug keeps you in the loop at all times and never makes you feel like just another client. I can not thank him enough for his services and he’s worth every penny!

I got 2 DWIs within 2 months of each other 19 years ago. After a complete life change including a wife , three children, a paid off mortgage and a stellar career, I found my self facing a 3rd DUI in 2018. A felony would have been very very detrimental to my professional and personal life. The DA in the county bullied my small town lawyer and I was literally facing prison time. I made the call to Mr. Murphy and explained my situation. Mr. Murphy not only accepted the case that was near the end of proceedings but totally turned the tide and put a stop to the railroading by the DA. Mr. Murphy was able to get the felony reduced to a mis. and in essence, saved my life as I knew it. Mr. Murphy is a stellar attorney, highly intelligent, very keen on court room etiquette and decorum. I would recommend Mr. Murphy for anyone that is in dire need of a light in the dark tunnel of the criminal justice system. I will always be grateful for his expertise that saved me from the precipice of disaster.

Dismissed, NOT GUILTY

I was referred to Mr Murphy by a friend for a serious DWI case of mine. He is as professional as they come and has a movie like court room presence i describe him as a shark. His price may be a little steep but i promise you hes worth every penny, cant put a price on freedom. He got my case dismissed FIRST day of trial, before the jury even made it in the courtroom. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Awesome Outcome
