I hired Chip to handle my CH 13 bankruptcy together with a foreclosure defense (FD) action in 2010. He demonstrated tenacity, professionalism, and a deep understanding (to the best I have seen or read about) of the intricacy of a BK13 coupled with a FD. We stripped a large 2nd mortgage (HELOC) along the way, and I now am closing on a step rate loan mod. He knew, he promised, how to handle our situation, and he would now take charge to resolve our dilemma. The hardest part of the whole process was self-inflicted shame. The paperwork was minimal. The appearances were hardly frightening. And once it was over, it was over. The relief was palpable. Our reentry back into creditworthiness has already started, and we feel infinitely better equipped to stay committed to financial responsibility. I would recommend Mr. Parker and his firm to anyone who is now trying to resolve their financial problems. I am certainly not recommending bankruptcy as a universal remedy. But it is a solution for some, and it was definitely the right solution for us. We only wish we had done this sooner. I feel deeply indebted to Mr. Parker on a variety of levels, and will always be grateful for the services he provided.

Mr.Parker is defending a foreclosure action where the "supposed" lender had no original mortgage note, failed to following required legalities when they acquired my mortgage, and was therefore, not entitiled to foreclose. Mr. Parker's knowledge goes beyond just knowing the law. He aggressively defen...ds and protects his clients 24/7. He is pro-active and always available. He knows how to navigate the complex legal process and know when and how to pursue his clients best interests. I highly recommend Chip Parker and his whole staff.
