The positive reviews did not lie!

Chip Parker and his paralegal Sandy were fantastic to work with for preparing my bankruptcy filing. Like most people in this situation, I was really nervous and clueless on how to navigate bankruptcy. I chose Blue Bee Bankruptcy Law after reading reviews and my experience was just as expected! Chip and Sandy are experts in bankruptcy and were able to explain everything as they were happening in terms I could understand. I was able to email them whenever I had a question and they were prompt at responding. Easy Process

Chip Parker and his paralegal Sandy were great in helping me file my case. I was very hesitant on the process but after speaking to Chip he eased my mind. The consultation addressed all my concerns and the email I received after the consultation was a great source of information. Sandy was very responsive and was clear on what was needed to file. Professional and Polite

Chip and his paralegal Sandy are by far the best legal team I have ever worked with. Excellent Service

If you are at a point where you are considering filing for bankruptcy, then you probably need to. Blue Bee is a small but experienced firm. Bankruptcy obviously is not fun but I felt valued as a client and they seem to enjoy the work they do. From my initial consultation with Chip Parker I knew I would be in good hands. He very clearly explained everything from the types of bankruptcy, the processes for filling for each and the fees that Blue Bee would charged, and there was no pressure or hard sell. The most important part of filing for bankruptcy is being prepared for the 341 meeting. Sandy Carpenter, the paralegal, is a pleasure to work with and did an excellent an meticulous job helping me getting all my statements and forms together. If I had any questions or concerns, she would get back to me in a very timely manner. I felt completely prepared and confident going into the 341 meeting. The fees they charge are straight forward and not confusing. I can't recommend Blue Bee highly enough!

Outstanding

I’ve never filed bankruptcy and so I knew nothing about the process or what to expect. I knew I wanted a lawyer that would actually help me. Someone who I felt I could trust to do the best job that they could. Not just take my money and never respond to me. I was SO scared to go through this process that I put it off way longer than I should have. But after working with Chip and Sandy I wish I would have done it sooner. Every time I had a question I could email Sandy and she would respond super quickly. They made the process SO easy and were there to answer any questions I had, whenever I had them. A Talented Law Firm that Cares About Your Outcomes

We located Chips firm through reviewing other people’s experiences on the Internet. We selected the firm initially because the Paralegal, Sandy, was exceptional, listened well and gave the feeling she cared about our family; she also spoke very highly of Chip. In working with Chip, our family was being taken advantage of by an attorney trying to keep us from refinancing our home by refusing to release the home lien unless we paid him money not legally owed. Chip, was prompt to address the problem through some strong communication, he also took time to research the situation to validate our position, he then negotiated a settlement for much less than was being demanded and was very aware of the need for timely resolution. It was hard to pay any settlement when you knew you didn’t owe any money, but it was very appreciated by our family to have someone with the intellect to know when a settlement is more beneficial than a lawsuit and provide sound advice. We would highly recommended using Chip…intelligent, highly trained and effective. It was also very nice to feel we were being represented by a good man and an exceptional paralegal.

B3 is the answer!

Blue Bee Bankruptcy is the way to go! They were the first firm that I contacted once I decided to file and I’m glad that I stuck with them. What mattered most to me was the way that Mr. Parker and Sandy treated me. They were TRULY empathetic, understanding, and more than willing to guide me through a situation that I could no longer handle on my own. I even needed to postpone filing for 6 months and we picked up like I’d never stopped the process. I couldn’t have imagined making it through this chapter of my life without their help. They ARE AMAZING and worth your time! My end goal was never to hang my discharge on the mantle but to find a way out of a hole and find ways to never end up here again. Can't Do Better!

Clearest & Best Bankruptcy Solution

I highly recommend using Blue Bee Bankruptcy, it is so scary and uncertain when filing a bankruptcy but I felt completely at ease with Chip and Sandy. They made the process as simple and easy as possible. If I had questions about paperwork (which was rare because they lay it out step by step) they answered in a timely manner. If any possible issues arose they contacted me immediately and explained the situation and possible outcomes but also offered advice and solutions. Friendly lawyer who exceeded my expectations

A bank served me with a debt collection complaint in Farmington, Utah. I was really stressed out and didn’t know what to do. I reached out to several law firms for help defending my case, but Chip Parker of Blue Bee Bankruptcy Law was the only lawyer to respond. Chip searched the court docket, gave me free legal advice, and prepared a response for me to file in my case to avoid a default.
