Best Bankruptcy Firm in Jacksonville

Without any doubt, Parker and DuFresne is the BEST Bankruptcy firm in Jacksonville. Why? They are sympathetic to your plight. Chip Parker was genuinely sorry when I told him my forever husband of 47 years had died of undiagnosed Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma (from exposure to Agent Orange). As I tried to... tell him how overwhelmed I felt (my husband took care of everything), I could barely talk. Chip was patient with me and thoroughly reviewed the paperwork I had brought with me. I was comforted by the logic and diagrams he used as we discussed Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. At the end of the session, I left with a sense of hope, as well as understanding of the process of bankruptcy. There are assigned legal assistants to help with follow-up paperwork, questions and to stop creditors from calling or filling up the mailbox with threatening letters. When one is grieving, these threats compound the stress. In addition, there is an advocate from the office to go to court with you as you finalize the bankruptcy. I was terrified of going to court, but he made the process less intimidating.. Finally, Parker and DuFresne is a highly ethical law firm. They modestly charge for their services and never recommend anything that is questionable. They were able to negotiate my Chapter 13 to three years which will end in two months. During this time, I have felt protected and knew I could call with my concerns. Gail 

Bankruptcy and Foreclosure

Chip and his staff were great with helping me file CH13 in an effort to protect against a pending foreclosure case. Very knowledgeable regarding the law and down to earth when speaking by phone. I would highly recommend hiring his firm to help with either of these types of issues.

Chapter 13 and Foreclosure defense

Chip and his team did an excellent job for us, during a difficult time. His firm handled our foreclosure defense and Chapter 13 needs. As owners of multiple businesses our cases were likely more complicated than most and everything is now resolved to our satisfaction. I've already referred people to ...Chip and will continue to do so.

Very Happy with Chip Parker & His Staff

I hired Parker and Dufresne to handle my Chapter 7 after having done research about how to handle my financial situation. After talking with Chip Parker, I realized that Chapter 13 was much better for my case, and went with his advice (which turned out to be a winning strategy). I like that he wi...ll sit, talk, and explain things in plain English. But I especially like that he will also questions in email. That gives you something to refer back to months later when you need to remember some important point about the law, or your case, and your sketchy notes aren't clear on whatever the issue was. In addition, the staff was also very responsive, courteous, and professional. If you end up needing someone to handle your bankruptcy I can't imagine finding someone better.
