Outstanding Service!

Our company assists home owners and real estate agents with their short sales as part of our title services. Naturally most of the home owners we work with find themselves in a need for legal advise. For the past 2 1/2 years I have now recommended Christie to our customers (both home owners and real estate agents) and the feedback I have received has been nothing but fantastic! She is extremely knowledgeable in the foreclosure defense area and has saved many a homeowner we work with from losing their home to foreclosure and instead allowed them to complete their short sale. She has also assisted a number of them with bankruptcy related issues as well as debt settlement. I continue to recommend Christie highly.

A Great Law Firm for Mortgage Issues

When we could not afford payments on our mortgage we thought that we would be facing foreclosure from the lender. Christie advised us that a better solution would be to seek out a short sale with the lender. Her firm handled all the negotiations and paperwork with the lender and the realtors involved. Ultimately the short sale was approved, and Christie obtained a deficiency waiver, resulting in a discharge of the remaining mortgage monies owed. We did not have to endue the embarrassment of foreclosure or bankruptcy.

Student loan debt. Excellent outstanding direction by fantastic attorneys and a team

I have been burdened for years with this unbelievable student loan debt. I have tried to negotiate with servicers with our success I am on a fixed income and disabled and they were not listen to me. Awesome with student loans

The team at Arkovich law has done an incredible job with my student loans. I was swimming in over 120K in debt and disabled. They helped me get the loans discharged and now I don't have to worry about them.

PSLF and Student Loans

One year ago, I needed help with changing my Nelnet student loans to direct loans. I also needed help with seeing if I qualified for PSLF due to being a teacher of 20 plus years. Barbara Leon was the Attorney who helped me 90 percent of the time. The office staff was also very helpful assisting with making payments and submitting official documents. Yesterday, I received notification that my 120 payments have been processed and my student loans have been forgiven. If you are a government employee or teacher and need help with your student loans...I highly recommend hiring Barbara Leon and Christie Arkovich. Thank You for helping me.
