Great Lawyer

Wish I would have called Kurt sooner! Exceeded Expectations!

I am compelled to rate/review Kurt for 2 reasons--1st - to show my gratitude. 2nd - To offer advice to anyone who's "on the fence" about hiring an attorney vs. go in alone. Kurt was able to accomplish in a matter of weeks what others could not accomplish in years. I am not an expert in "the system" h...owever I think the difference between Kurt and the others is that he has access to, and relationships with those that make "the process" actually work in all of northern UT. If cost is holding you back, do the math factoring in what it will cost if you don't get the best-case outcome---monetarily and quality of life being measured. Also, Kurt's team is awesome. Sherri gets things done! I fully endorse and recommend Kurt and his team.

Highly Recommend

I highly recommend Kurt Helgesen as an attorney that understands the law and fights hard for his client. Our son found himself in an unfortunate situation where he made a stupid mistake and needed representation. As a parent you always want the best for your kids even when they screw up and hiring ...Kurt was the best thing we could have done. Kurt was very knowledgeable about my sons rights and knew the process well enough that he carefully navigated him to a very successful deal with the prosecutor. We could not have been more pleased with his service, communication and knowledge of the law. We would use him again if needed.

Knowledgeable, prepared and thorough!

Kurt has been an exceptional attorney for me throughout several cases and is exceptionally prepared and ahead of each curve, especially with high conflict divorce. He was always available and explained each option and scenario and executed my wishes swiftly and accurately. He got results without wast...ing my time and is very sympathetic to difficult situations. I'm very grateful for Kurt and his dedicated, honest work on my cases. I highly recommend Kurt for any legal troubles or issues, he goes above and beyond.
