My father told me to hire Jardine after I got arrested and sadly I did. He was ten minutes late to my court hearing and didn't come prepared as promised. Albiet, I want to provide him with 2 stars. One for allowing me to sign up on a realistic payment plan (thank you) and the other for 'convincin...g' me he was a standout lawyer promising to advocate for me. Unfortunately, the latter didn't happen. When I confronted him about the work he was supposed to do before arriving to court (reviewing police tapes of my arrest to make sure protocol was followed, I know this bc he confessed he didn't do the research) to my surprise, he offered me a discount for a future hire. As if I would be returning! Save your time+money. I wouldn't recommend him if you need a real lawyer to go to bat for you in court. Nevertheless, uber friendly staff.

If you want to spend a lot of money and get very little in return this is the lawyer for you. I hired Joseph and ended up having to fire him in the middle of my sentencing, costing me time, money, and a ton of stress. Two people working for him who I was working with during my case left, leaving hi...s brother to come in and do most of the leg work. I remember his brother came to talk with me about my case because Joseph didn't have time and the other lawyer I was working with left for another firm. I was charged for his brother's drive time and for him to read over my discovery for what seemed like the first time in front of me while I sat there wondering who he was and where the attorney was that I hired. (I was charged at a rate of $150/hr for his brother) Do your research and avoid Joseph and his brother.
