Kevin Richards was awesome ! My children were in danger of being taken from the state by my ex-wife and her new husband who has a charge of child abuse. I paid Mr. Richards a retainer of $1500 and he assured me that he would file a Temporary Protective Order and help me keep my children in the state. Then there was only silenc...e. I could not get him to respond to my calls. I turned in the information I needed and was told by his assistant that he would read it and call me to come in and sign. Nothing happened. His assistant told me not to give my children to my ex-wife because he was filing the order. I was given a ticket for custodial interference. Finally Mr. Richards called me and told me that he didn't have enough information for a restraining order. My children are gone. I have had to retain another attorney. Mr. Richards did exactly nothing. If anything he made my situation much worse. I could never recommend this attorney.
