Fixed an issue immediately

A prosecutor lied, and Scott spent less than 5 minutes to find the info proving I wasn't present to receive the document the prosecutor claimed. Instant success.

Do not use him

Buyer beware. He didn't prepare for my case until the morning of. Went in did a horrid job and because of his poor performance my children were allowed to leave state with an abusive mother. Then when I let him go as my counsel he actually charged me an extra $200 just to fire him. I've spent thousan...ds of dollars and 2 years trying to fix what he screwed up in a matter of 2 hours. I don't want to give him a bad review because he seems like a nice guy, but he was a terrible attorney.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
