Biography
Scott Nickle graduated from the Gonzaga University School of Law in 2006. It wasn't until after Scott had taught English at Weber State University for 4 years that he decided to attend law school. He started as an intern for Helgesen, Houtz & Jones after his second year of law school, after graduating he returned as an attorney.
Scott Nickle specializes in Family Law and Estate Planning. He has dealt with many cases in all areas of family law from Divorce to Surrogacy. Because of his experience he can provide his clients with the help they are searching for. He has also represented many clients being faced with criminal charges in both the Juvenile and Adult Courts.
Scott and his wife reside in Kaysville. They have been married for 18 years and are the proud parents of four children. Spending time at home with his family is his favorite thing to do, unless it's time for the children to do homework.

Fixed an issue immediately
A prosecutor lied, and Scott spent less than 5 minutes to find the info proving I wasn't present to receive the document the prosecutor claimed. Instant success.

Do not use him
Buyer beware. He didn't prepare for my case until the morning of. Went in did a horrid job and because of his poor performance my children were allowed to leave state with an abusive mother. Then when I let him go as my counsel he actually charged me an extra $200 just to fire him. I've spent thousan...
