Biography
For more than 40 years I have advised and represented the good people of the Magic Valley area in a wide range of civil matters. Presently I am accepting few contested cases, but I proudly offer budget-friendly "unbundled services"-- that is, ghostwriting of filings, and coaching procedure to avoid the high cost of full representation. Through my career my priority clients have been Social Security disability appeals and consumer debtor bankruptcy petitions as well as a complete range of family matters including divorce, custody, adoption, guardianship, incapacity and estate planning, and probate. I measure my effectiveness in the improvement I can bring to the lives of my clients.

Thank you sooo much ms.Sinclair..perfect results, I contacted them, worked out a repayment arrangement & I needed just what you told me to decide. Even though they cannot attach my s.sec. check I did not want my bank acct. frozen, I needed to pay this debt and we were in agreement on the monthly amt....
