Regardless of the area of law invovled, each client’s unique situation is analyzed and questions they may have are addressed.  Drawn-out litigation can be not only time consuming, but expensive; I strive to work efficiently to resolve cases in a way that best suits each client’s specific needs.

My practice includes insurance defense, family law, insurance coverage, business and commercial litigation, products liability, contract and real estate claims. My practice also includes general business and estate planning.

I am a AV rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbel. I am a member of the American Bar Association, the Idaho State Bar Association, the Fifth District Bar Association, the Theron Ward American Inns of Court, the Defense Research Institute, and the Idaho Association of Defense Counsel. I am licensed to practice law in all state and federal courts in Idaho. I am also admitted to practice in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
