I worked with Nancy on my criminal case as well as having my records sealed. I would definitely recommend her. When I filed a motion to seal my records, the court denied my first attempt on the grounds that I no longer qualified, due to a change in the law while I was on probation. It could have ende...d there, but we were persistent and filed a second motion arguing that, since the sealing of my records had been allowed at the time of my plea deal, I should be allowed to seal my records even though the law had changed. We were successful even though the judge had a very conservative record. I don't believe this would have occurred without Nancy's hard work and detailed research, and I'm very thankful for her help!

Nancy represented my adult daughter in concurrent DUI and DV cases. Through a series of unfortunate events, my daughter was facing 5 charges, including a felony drug charge, DUI, traffic infraction and 2 DV charges. Referred to us by my daughter's counselor, Nancy proved to be incredibly warm, ...kind and had a keen understanding of not only how to effect the best outcome, but a desire to really get to know and understand my daughter. As a team, we were able to talk about desired outcomes, what sort of help my daughter needed (in her case rehab, monitored sobriety and continued counseling). She gave my daughter actionable tasks to complete prior to going to court and held her accountable to complete these tasks.
