The police searched my house and found 4lbs of Meth and a loaded handgun- the DA charged my Husband, who has prior felonies, as a habitual criminal with a firearm. The seriousness of all those charges was pretty bad. My Husband was looking at up to 34years! We hired Nancy Kardon and immediately she ...started working on his case. Nancy filed all of the appropriate Motions and fought very hard for my Husband. The judge ruled to dismiss the warrant and we thought we were done.. The DA appealed the ruling and took it to the Supreme Court and won the appeal. My Husband and I were losing hope and fast! After 2 years and numerous court dates we finally had sentencing this week. My Husband got 5 years of probation!!!!! Nancy Kardon worked so hard on this case and never lost hope. Throughout the entire process Nancy was nothing but Professional and Respectful. She never gave us any false information and told us from the beginning what to expect.. We never thought we could have the outcome we did and are forever grateful to you Nancy!
