Long story short, My fiancé and I got into a verbal argument. I got locked out of the home, I kicked the door in, which coincidentally hit my fiancé in the head. Total accident, but in the state of CO’s eyes a very black, and white matter. I was arrested and charged with domestic violence, harassmen...t, criminal mischief, and 3rd degree assault. I spent the next 14 hours in a county jail cell wondering if I was going to have a fiancé to come home to, and a job to go back to. Not a good feeling. Especially since it was an honest mistake.
