Educate yourself

I hired Nancy for a domestic violence case that should have never gone to court. Or in other words been dismissed without a doubt. Remember one thing, if you have to pay the whole fee up front, and their not willing to take it to trail, do not hire. The district attorney (prosecutor) want to mak...e this a criminal case for their benefit. At the least a DV enhanced sentence with probation witch is set up for you to fail! The only one thing you need to remember is that if no one was injured, and there was no damage they can prove, they don't have a case period ! You don't need a lawyer for that !
