I was having a dispute with my landlord at my former residence where they wanted to charge me almost $800.00 for carpet repair and cleaning. So I wrote a letter to the landlord disputing the charge and asked for evidence to support the $800.00 cleaning charge. Within days the Property Manager called me and quickly removed the charge.
