After receiving paper work form our current landlord, we wanted to respond to the lease compliance letters a.s.a.p. After calling around to different firms/consults over the phone, we search for a lawyer who forte was landlord/tenant issues, and Mrs. April was the one! We had called once the office o...pened and received the voice mail; James had to take PTO to handle the issue, and we decided go to the office. Once, we arrived Mr. Floyd greeted us with kindness, and work our case into the busy day; and also provided us a lunch bogo to mad greens, to kill time, before we consulted with Mrs. April. James and I appreciate your time for taking us as a walk in as a walk-in surprise.

They are extremely knowledgeable and were very patient in breaking down every question I had regarding my tenant/landlord dispute. I was in a bit of a time bind as my landlord wanted me out in three days, but the office saw me immediately the day I called and gave me some great resources and reassura...nce. They are incredibly kind and definitely a defender of the people!! They even called to follow up today and see if everything was okay with my living situation once I got home.
