Had an incident at my apartment complex " I accidentally burnt chicken nuggets in my oven" the studio got smokey and smelt like burnt chicken nuggets. Get a knock on my door at 6 in the morning from a lady asking if i was smoking cigarettes, i reply no i burnt chicken nuggets. Oh yea did i mention i... live in a smoke free community!! Called the number on this website and the customer service was very helpful and informed me my covenant of quiet enjoyment was being violated. Would definatley recommend if you are a tenant anywhere and are having issues with anything at all! Feel way better about the situation now.
