I was packing for a move out of state and my son was in our backyard. He escaped from the backyard and tried to walk to our neighborhood park by himself. About 20 minutes later, the police were at my door with my son. I didn't notice that he had left. I was charged with child abuse. I had never been in trouble with the law before and was naive about the process. I had contacted the court because we were supposed to be out of state by the time the court appearance was scheduled. I was referred to the online docket search because I kept calling and used the date written on the summons. Apparently, the officer turned in a different summons without my signature and date to the court and a week before I was supposed to appear as written in my summons, a bench warrant was issued. Needless to say I was very upset over this and decided to hire an attorney. I had reviewed attorneys on Avvo and saw that Jeff had very good reviews. Through this difficult time he helped me navigate through what choices I had regarding my case. Ultimately, the charges were dismissed and I cannot thank him enough. He understood the situation and didn't judge or use a condescending tone with me.

Jeff was amazing representation for us. My wife and I were given a solution from the start by Jeff and his colleague towards getting the court on the same page as us in understanding what actually happened, and why this case was worth dismissing. Not only did they work with the DA closely, to make clear that we intended to use the domestic violence charge as an opportunity to better our marriage, but they were able to have the DA agree to couples counseling, which we have wanted to do for a long time.

Jeff Weeden is a great attorney to work with. He always responded to my emails right away and would be available when I called or called me back if I left a message. Sometimes I would email him multiple times and always replied right away and I felt he was truly working for my best interest. He is friendly, professional and thorough. He helped me with my case and I was very pleased with the outcome. I was so satisfied I hired him for a second case. That also had a great outcome! I highly recccomend him. He is fair and really cares about his clients. I really enjoyed working with him.

Back in February of 2015 I was wrongly accused of sexual assault and sexual harassment. These alagations had no basis of truth to be founded on. Never having committed a crime in my life left me confused on what to do. Through diligent search I found Mr. Weeden, and after an initial consultation immediately knew he was my best chance of getting this resolved. The dilemma lasted about a year in which case Mr. Weeden kept good relations with not only me but also the prosecuting District Attorney so as to keep negotiation lines open. Although very kind and polite to the DA he had his game face on when it came closer to trial and was ready to fight tooth and nail for my life. He worked with me in retaining a private investigator to do all the investigation that the police department had unlawfully neglected to do which led to my unnecessary arrest. Both Mr. Weeden and my investigator Richard Webb were able to contradict the accusations made against me with a plethora of evidence and witnesses that ultimately led to an almost impossible dismissal. If it were not for Mr. Weedens hard work I would possibly be unjustly convicted and in prison. He worked hard and in doing so brought light back onto my future.

First I want start off by saying that Jeff is very professional. By not knowing so much about the law I was confused and stressed about the whole situation I was in. Mr. Weeden noticed the disconnect from both sides and found other means of communication to get me to understand the right approach to my case. During the trail Jeff advised in the most profound way possible which lead to my case being not guilty. He knew what was "on the line" for me and was ready to go to battle. Knowledgeable of military law. I recommend Mr. Weeden to potential clients who are very serious about their case and who wants great outcomes.

Jeff is a very professional polite and knowledgeable lawyer. He talked with respect and care. He always returned phone calls and emails with in a hour time frame, he was very clear and straight forward about everything. I know that no matter what case you may have he will do whatever it takes to make sure you are put in the best position possible. You can stop your search now because Jeff will take care of you like he took excellent care of me!

We were being hounded by a detective who wanted to "just talk" to my 18 year old son, "to get his side of the story". We called Mr Weeden and he counseled us not to speak with the detective at that time. He took over and a weight was lifted off our shoulders. He made us feel comfortable, he answered all of our questions, he even gave us his cell number. I sent him a couple of texts and he always responded promptly. I found Mr Weeden on Avvo and I am so happy we did. I would highly recommend him!

Jeff was recommended by a former attorney. He is very friendly and treats you more as a friend than a case number. He was very attentive and prepared my case completely and detailed. I was very pleased with the results of my case. Jeff has continued to advise me in other matters and is very helpful.

I've been charged with a crime of which I've been innocent. Through his expertise and knowledge Jeff successfully helped to bring about the eventual dismissal of the charges. During the case Jeff gave good advise to me and my family that helped bring about the dismissal. Thank you Jeff for your help.

My son was charged with domestic violence. It was very disconcerting to be in a situation like this. Jeff kept us informed and took the time to explain all of the options available and got my son a plea deal that kept him out of jail. Thank you, Jeff!!
