      I have been involved in criminal defense work since 1970.  Helping people with legal problems, defending against false accusations and minimizing consequences have been gratifying and fulfilling.  I enjoy trial work immensely but finding solutions and positive acceptable results are my primary objectives.  There are always alternatives to incarceration that will allow a person to recover and improve.  An opportunity is needed and education is given to allow a person to re-establish and reclaim their life.
