Awesome Job With TMB Case
Tim was outstanding. He has very in-depth knowledge of the TMB complaint and investigation process. He shepherded me during the entire ordeal, making it as painless as possible, and resulting in eventually dismissal of the charge. Couldn't recommend him more highly

I have a disgruntled ex-employer regarding violation of leaving my contract early. I consulted with Mr. Weitz and he was absolutely amazing. He discussed in tremendous depth on what the next course of action would be and what to expect. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone!!! Great attorney!!!

Expert Help with TMB Case
When I first received a letter from the TMB accusing me of something, I had no idea what the accusation even was but had a sinking feeling in my stomach. I had never received any type of warning or accusation from the TMB ever in my career so this was something completely new to me and I was scared. To make matters worse, I was sick with COVID and helping a family member prepare for a surgery. I was not in a good head space and had no idea what to do. When Tim called me, he plainly laid out what was going on and told me exactly what I needed to do and completely put my mind at ease. I followed his instructions to the letter and the case was completely dismissed. Tim is passionate, competent, personable and professional. I would entrust him with any further legal matters in a heart beat.

Incredible Attorney!
I came to Tim after a TMB complaint was filed by a disgruntled ex. This was my first and only TMB complaint, and I was absolutely terrified for my career and license, and had no idea where to go from there. I was lucky enough to find Tim online and called his office. He took the call immediately. By the end of that 30 minute conversation, Tim had calmed me down and developed a clear path forward. Over the course of the next year, I followed his advice to the letter. At the end of the process, and as a result of his deep knowledge and experience working with the TMB, I walked away from the situation with my license and my career intact and in a way that would have been impossible without his expert counsel. Tim hit a home run for me and my family, and we will be forever grateful. I truly hope that anyone who finds themselves in a situation like mine in the future are able to find their way to Tim Weitz. Incredible lawyer! Thank you!

Case for OT board complaint
Tim is an excellent lawyer who was there for me every step of the way. He was clear on what to expect throughout the process. I was at my lowest point of my career. He is not one of those lawyers who would take all your money with horrible results in the end. He charged me a flat fee and the outcome is the best that could’ve possibly happened. He also kept me sane when I was losing sleep over this. I’m thankful that I had him to represent me.

Excellent help with veterinary case

Although it ended up becoming a bit prolonged and complicated, Tim was exceptional in how he navigated it and was able to help me achieve a fair and satisfactory outcome. He was very prompt and clear with communication, and really helped reduce my stress with the situation. He is very knowledgeable about administrative law and how these agencies function, and his strategy is very balanced and realistic. I would absolutely recommend him, and am very grateful for his help and guidance through my complaint process.

The best there is for the Texas Medical Board!
I would like to give the most enthusiastic review possible for Mr. Tim Weitz. He is a consummate professional from whom I required his particular expertise. He counseled me superbly and represented me perfectly. His predicted outcome is precisely what happened, and for that I am grateful. Mr. Weitz is also a patriotic American who served his country as a U.S. Marine; thank you Mr. Weitz. Above all, he is an ethical, quite decent human being. It was truly a pleasure to interact with him and I always felt maximally confident with his approach and plan. His experience, as noted on his web site, is second to none. I just can’t say enough good things about him. If you need representation in his stated area of expertise, you cannot retain a lawyer better than Mr. Weitz. I give this review without the slightest hesitation or reservation. Call him.

Review.
Mr. Weitz took away ALL my worries dealing with the TMB from the very first phone conversation with him. Not only he was very professional but was very methodical in approaching the TMB and staff at the TMB. Made fighting my (what could have been a complicated) battle very easy and took my stress away. I recommend Mr. Weitz very highly. Arun Patel, M.D.

Outstanding counsel for professional license defense.
I hired Tim for a very stressful case of professional license defense. From our first communication, his ability to lay out what I should expect during the process and what I could do to most positively impact my case's outcome put me at ease during a time of immense uncertainty and fear. It also proved to be spot-on. His experience with this area of law was very obvious and gave me confidence that I had made the right choice. I also found him to be personable, encouraging, straightforward, and always available for any questions or concerns I had. The process lasted 9 long months and Tim was with me every step of the way, providing useful insight and advice at every turn. His expertise ultimately led us to an exceptionally successful outcome. I could not be more grateful to Tim for his high level of professionalism, hard work, and commitment to helping me defend my license. I would hire him again in an instant if the need arose.

"Tim and I were opposing counsels on numerous occasions. I have nothing but the utmost respect for him as a litigator and as a person. As knowledgeable a defense attorney for Texas Medical Board matters as there is, what truly distinguishes Tim from his peers is the unparalleled passion he utilizes in fighting for his clients’ licenses. Whenever I need a consultation on a Medical Board matter, Tim is the first call I make. His thoroughness and attention to detail translate into favorable decisions for his clients. Tim is one of the few administrative law attorneys who practices the full range of healthcare license defense: from informal settlement conferences, to trying cases at SOAH, to even district court reviews of final agency orders. Finally, as a fellow Judge Advocate, I can attest to Tim’s professionalism resonating throughout the Boardroom and Courtroom."

"Tim Weitz is nothing short of an outstanding attorney. I think and have thought for years he was a tireless advocate for his clients. He is selective. He cares. He is intelligent. He knows the law, rules, but also the unwritten policies of the Board, which is critical to know if you want the best possible outcome. He works hard to maintain a reputation for honesty, fair dealing, and as someone who gives all of himself to the cause or challenge in front of him. Tim is respected by other attorneys, by government officials, by Board members, and the medical community. Personally, I learned a tremendous amount about the law and how to conduct myself as a lawyer by watching and learning from Tim. I think he is the best in the business."
