I hire Mr. Hopkins to represent me on a Texas Medical Board complaint. His first contact was via phone call as he wanted to introduce himself. I am giving 5-star review for responsiveness, professionalism, expertise in the matter, empathy, human touch. My matter was resolved successfully and another...
"I have know Mr. Hopkins for several years. I first met him when he was a staff attorney for the Texas Medical Board. Mr. Hopkins is an excellent attorney. He reasonable, fair, is always very well prepared & above all else, ethical. I would recommend Mr. Hopkins for any matters pertaining to professional licensing for health care professionals."
"I have seen Mr. Hopkins in action defending clients in several cases where I have represented a co-defendant. I also had the pleasure of seeing Mr. Hopkins on the other side when he worked as an attorney with the Texas Medical Board. He is always energetic, aggressive, and thoroughly prepared to present his client's case. I have referred Mr. Hopkins several cases where my firm was conflicted with every confidence the referral would receive excellent representation. I highly recommend Mr. Hopkins."
"An experienced administrative law attorney with a proven track record. I would not hesitate to send Franklin referrals in this field and recommend him to anybody looking for a go-getter admin law attorney!"
"Franklin was one of the top prosecutors I faced in the Army. At one point, I was the acting Senior Defense Counsel for Fort Hood. We were short defense counsel and I approached Franklin's boss to ask him to transfer lawyers to me. The first words out of his mouth were, "You can't have Franklin." Having faced Franklin in the court room, I immediately understood his reaction. I would trust him on any military case and he is my first call on any administrative matter."
"I recommend Mr. Hopkins to potential clients whenever my law firm is unable to assist them due to scheduling issues or subject matter conflicts. I do so without hesitation. I have been opposing counsel when he was with the state. I have conferred with him on a number of matters since he joined the private sector. I have observed him Board meetings and in SOAH court room proceedings. He is professional, prepared, and personable. He is comfortable with litigation, knows the Rules of Evidence, and has practical tactics for getting the job done. In short, Mr. Hopkins is squared away in all respects and has impressed me with his approach in both the Board room and the court room."
"Franklin is committed to the vigorous defense of his clients. As a Board Certified Attorney in Administrative Law, there is no doubt regarding his knowledge of the law. Franklin also fosters and appreciates the relationships necessary to be an effective advocate."
"I endorse this lawyer. Franklin is a wonderful attorney and a very kind and personable man. We have been opposing counsel in the past and it was always such a pleasure to work with him. Now that we are on the same side of the docket, he is a trusted friend and professional colleague. I would highly recommend him to any prospective client."
