I'm late on this post due to personal matters but I need everyone to know that Diana is amazing! From what I've found out, fighting sexual assault allegations could be tricky, but she guided me thru the process effortlessly. Having to go trial she was a master in the the courtroom. Her years of experience really showed under pressure. She fights with conviction and passion that you could only dream of getting from lawyers. Her ability to connect with the jury is something you just have to see and her closing arguments almost had me in tears. I cannot thank her enough for FULLY believing in me and walking me thru one of the scariest periods of my years breathing. She gave me life back, and I couldn't have asked for a better person representing me. 10 stars!

I was in a situation where I had made an agreement to go to SAFEP, anyone familiar knows there is no way of getting out once you’ve signed to go in. Former prosecutor’s now turned lawyers turned me away, judges that only heard my case openly stated they’d never agree to reversing my agreement and D.A.’s refused any agreements. Then Ms. Sims comes along and makes magic happen, she worked a deal with the court and got me out of my agreement and back home to my family. The entire process we were kept updated and had any questions we had answered honestly! She really is something else.

I have previous encounters with Ms Sims, back in 2016 and 2017, each time I called Ms Sims to defend me in court, she was able to beat the charge and it came back in my favor. I had to call on Ms Sims again in 2019, to defend me once again. Just like the past times, I came out on top. Ms Sims is a very professional, polite, respectful understandable lawyer! She will fight with the dogs to get her clients the best deal! She has work with me on payments the whole time. She knows the law very well! I am glad I pick Ms Sims back in 2016 and every time since. I would suggest giving Ms Sims a call before you look anyway else!

First let me start by saying I absolutely LOVE the way she treated me. I was able to give her my side of the story without being judged (as I was done by several lawyers prior to calling her) She made me feel as if I’d known her for years all while reassuring me she would do her best to fight my case . Diana Sims has been representing my daughter for about 5 months. She has done exactly what she said she would do for us. She is honest, doesn't play games and will tell you upfront if she can help and how much it will cost. There are no hidden fees or agendas. Ms. Sims is an excellent attorney and just as important, she is well liked and respected by her peers and opposing counsel which makes her an even better attorney.
